Do not stay here

I lived at NB Rv Park since August of 2021, it used to be a decent park for the cheap rent. Management has changed several times since I moved in, and most recently the park has gone down hill. If you don’t mind the traffic to get out of the park, neighbors yelling at each other outside(sometimes past quiet hours), and questionable characters living near you then this is your park. I moved out this week due to an incident that made my family feel unsafe and uncomfortable living there. The park manager was witness to this incident in question and is playing if off like it was normal and not a big deal. I had just paid a full months rent last week with no plans of moving in the near future and he refused to give any sort of a refund or anything, only an offer to move me spots on the park, which doesn’t fix the issues of safety. The park staff, I feel didn’t handle the situation well. When I went back to retrieve the rest of my belongings the staff had already taken it and were going to dispose of it. I had talked to the park manager and told him I would return for it in the morning due to having to move my trailer so late in the evening, he said it was fine. Instead of spreading the word to the rest of the staff he didn’t say anything. Thankfully I was able to stop the staff member that was in the process of moving my last item and I was able to get most of my belongings back. The only plus side to this park is the location, it is close to an H-E-B, buccees, and small shopping center, but I wouldn’t recommend this park to anyone.
