If you like riding dirt bikes or quads this is the place that's local and has a nice swimming hole also
We didn’t have a reservation and pulled into this lovely mountaintop retreat! Away from Oregon coast winds. Awesome bathrooms! Electricity! Free showers! So happy God smiled upon us this day!
Really great campground: pretty location right on the river, hot showers, restrooms, fire pits. It looked like it was all tent sites (no hookups) but plenty of big rigs were there as well. They take the 5 mph rule very seriously. We drove in at about 10 and corrected to 5 when the assistant…
The park is quite beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The river was just a beautiful bonus.
All kinds of activity can be had here floating river, swimming, fishing, rock hunting, disc gulf, picnicking, hikes an bikes!

The campground is right off a highly traveled hwy without and natural barrier to prevent road noise. The sites are pretty close to one another. Still a good place for the night.
Very nice campground close to the coast. Sits on a cliff, so it’s a bit of a walk down the main road, down/up a hill. Worth it! Sound of the ocean is magical. Spots are close but trees provide privacy. Very dog-friendly place. Our spot has a lot of room for outside seating and cooking.

My friend & I rode north from Eureka to explore Bear Camp Rd. After a beautiful ride up the coast, we turned inland to find heat & Agness. We first looked for Illahe (closed) then found this. Great spot, excellent shade, and nice restroom. Lots of cars in the adjacent parking lot (people…

*** CLOSED*** There are no signs left, there is an abandoned billboard& pay tube, and a restroom building that is completely overgrown with briars. GPS shows a road that connects to Foster Bar, but that is Private Property, and my friend was confronted by him.....
