Weekend Getaway

We had such a fun time and our dog loves it! The only bad part is we were very far from the bathrooms and tons of mosquitoes. We definitely will be coming back in the near future!

Quaint riverside experience

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much, we can't wait to return in a couple months. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They keep the place maintained well and very clean. We are tent campers so the number of RVs was overwhelming, but it was much quieter than expected. People were…

Quiet, friendly staff, 1pm check out

The lady that checked us in was easy to talk to, explained the campgrounds then we were escorted to our site. The site was small but a pull thru, no problems at all, full hook up. There is a nice pool just getting ready to open we are here mid, May 14th we leave. There is horse shoes, shuffle…

Finished before we started

It is off the beaten path probably quiet. They rent sites, daily, monthly and annually for anything from tents to RVs. I did read their pre registration info so I made my reservation for 3 nights out morning of the 14th. The first thing you notice coming down the road to the office are 5…

There are 10 sites located on either side of the Noanet trail leaving from the parking area near Chickering Pond. The last five are off a spur trail a little farther from the parking lot. It wasn’t too loud here in October. Had site B1, which was water and electric. Close to the pond. Not directly at the pond, though. There is a huge area of woods with a walking trail starting at the edge of the campground. I enjoyed stretching my legs. Cell reception is not great. Camp link Wifi…

Well maintained campground for your Mt. Monadnock base camp!

Stayed at this campground for a Sun./Mon. night end of September, so "missed the weekend crowds" which was just fine.  Friendly staff, very clean bathrooms, nice campsites, firewood available to purchase as you checked in, all very nice and convenient.  Just a 2 mile drive to the Mt. Monadnock HQ…

Well kept, private tent sites and beautiful grounds

Check-in was super smooth and easy. The gentleman that took care of us was very thorough and informative about the different hiking trails in the area. We had a 2 platform tent site and we fit 5 tents and 2 trucks and there was plenty of room. It didn’t feel cluttered or too tight. We had a very…

The nicest people..

We chose the best spot for our first camping trip with our new travel trailer. Everyone assisted us and taught us the world of camping. Activities were still available with social distancing of course due to Covid. Close by was Taylor Brooke Winery which was the perfect place to while away a late…

Dry camping done right

This campground is quaint and is nestled in RI state forests. The sites do not have hook ups, but water faucets can be found throughout the camp, and there is is dump station. There are pit toilets around the camp, and there is a central modern bathroom. The beach is beautiful and would be busy on…
