Great hiking, nice clean camping.
We stayed in site #57 at Lake Dennison August 30 2020 and had a wonderful time.
The lake is clean and the beach is clean and soft(ish).
Sites are wooded and shady and not RIGHT on top of each other, but pretty close together.
The fire ring grill is NOT adjustable so I had to use my portable grate to make cooking over the live fire easy and pleasant.
Great hiking right from the campsites.

The place was gorgeous, sites right in front of campsite, beach with life guards, and bathrooms all over so your always close to more than one.
We just checked out today we were there for a week. It probably would have been a great time, but it rained all week and then they opened the dam. So the lake flooded, the roads, and the beach. We were the only one s that didn't have to move sites. We had a beautiful view, the lake flooded almost to the roadway in front of us. So no swimming, no fishing, no walking far and no taking a ride on the Harley to see the area. Rain is blah... But the nature was wonderful and peaceful. Of ya the sun came out, the water level dropped to almost normal and the beach was back.
