Quiet campground, on beautiful golf course.

Rick (the owner) is very accommodating, plenty of full hookuo sites and also another section with just W/E.

Great Campground

It is very quiet and there is 0 cell service! Perfect place with lots to do at the campground! Great location to just disconnect from the rest of the world!

Only downside was we went during black fly season, wait until they are gone to be able to enjoy it fully!

My Favorite Maine Campground

I always make an effort to stay here at least one weekend a year. Peaks-Kenney is my favorite State Park to stay at. The sites are clean and quiet, the beach is humble but nice, and the lake is beautiful. I would recommend this spot to absolutely anyone.

One of My Favorite Spots

Lily Bay is a well-maintained state park that sees a lot of traffic through the year, but has sites that can make you feel isolated. I love to go in the summer when Moosehead is at its warmest. If you're into adventuring, it's a short drive up to Kokadjo and the Golden Road, where you can look for…

Super convenient, nice hosts!

Base camp to Katahdin, close in to Millinocket. Went with a diverse group of campers with hammock, tent and cabin sleeping preferences and everybody found their spot.

Pros are: clean (like super clean) showers and bath house, fire pit and picnic table at each site and cabin, super helpful,…

Phenomenal Fall Conditions

Amazing clear water lake. 3 to 1 moose to human ratio, and abundant nearly tame birds and furry creatures. Haunting loon calls in the evening. Simple yet well maintained sites and facilities with responsive staff and relaxed, respectful neighbor campers. Sweet kayaking.

Awesome!

This is a great campground! It is pet friendly & they will check on your pets or even walk them! Water & electric sites are well spaced, roomy, quiet, & in the trees. It is near Mt Katahdin, Bacter State Park, & water (river/lake/pond). Owners Wendi & Marcel are kind,…

Back again and just as good

Back for the second year in a row. Weather was amazing, sun sets were unmatched and fishing was on point. Again bring what you need with you as this campground is well out of the way.

Great base for a Katahdin ascent

This campground offers large sites, many with lean-tos and along the stream. a nice base for a morning ascent of Mt Katahdin. Black flies can be unbearable in May/June, so prepare accordingly. There are pit toilets. Bring either drinking water or a water filter for water from the stream. You'll…
