Zero wifi or cell signal

Stayed back in 2023 with travel trailer and experienced almost zero wifi signal as well as verizon cell signal. Returned this past week and found no improvement whatsoever. This on back half of property. Manager stated they are awar and working on it. (For 2 years?). Could not plan anything, check weather unless you walked or drive up front. Light globes at various sites next to campers lit all night and were annoying so covered with bag. Some sites are just bad..huge pine tree at 428 caused camper to park his angled. Fire wood being sold is all pine & burns up immediately.

Huge campground

I only stayed one night because I couldn’t find a spot anywhere close to 95 . The campground is huge and the spaces are very tight ,not to mention $148 for a full hook up pull thru site that my 42 ft 5w barley fit. I would not go back .

Average but go for the location

Sites are on the smaller size. Playgrounds are older and could definitely use updates. Access to beach town was great, but not really walkable. Had to drive to little beach spots.

Excellent location by the ocean

While this is a large campground, requiring rules to be followed for everyone’s sake, it is in an excellent location. The sites are well-kept, and the management and office staff do a great job of keeping campers happy — except those who don’t like to follow rules, like parking 2 cars on a site that can only fit 1. I also really liked fellow campers, who were very respectful and friendly without having extreme elements like other campgrounds we’ve visited. This is a crowd that is on vacation rather than testing the strength of their poles with lights at night holding outsized flags. We stayed for 10 days, and loved having easy access to the beach, along with the smell and feel of the ocean. This is an RV gem!

Nice facility but some staff are rude

We won’t be staying again (after many visits over the years). The facility is nice but I’ve witnessed staff belittle, talk down to, and be extremely rude to guests. The lady tried it with me but she didn’t get very far. They also charged an amazing amount of money ($30 total) for two guests and their car to visit for 30 minutes before we went to dinner. The lady was also rude to our friends in the process. I think the employee in question should consider doing something else with her time

Centrally located campground in the Wells beach area

Some RV sites are pretty tight, while others are very comfortable. They do have a section of pull-thrus. Right on Rte 1, but still pretty quiet in the campground. Great location if you want to hit the beaches, Perkins cove, etc ...
