**Zan's Creekside Campground** is a family owned and operated park. We offer RV camping, tent sites, and day time access to the river for non-campers.

**30 and 50 amp RV Sites are OPEN YEAR ROUND!!!!**

All RV sites are naturally shaded by the plentiful supply of tall trees on the campground. Also, all sites are less than a one minute walk to the beach. Popular activities include river tube floating from Grand Falls to our location. Grand Falls is about five minutes away by car, the return float trip takes about 1-1/2 to 2 hours (we DO rent tubes, we do NOT provide transportation). Our location is very popular for launching or retrieving kayaks and we provide parking for vehicles left at one end of the trip (we do NOT rent kayaks). Fishing is always an enjoyable pastime here as well.

**We offer weekly and monthly rates for both 30 amp and 50 amp RV Sites.**

Well behaved pets are welcome. Alligators must be kept on a short leash!!

If you are looking for a beautiful RV park in Joplin that can satisfy all your needs, look no further! Our park is located in a quiet wooded area, yet still close to restaurants and shopping. We have 30/50 amp hookups, with no extra charges. Come fish our stocked pond, no license needed. When you choose Ballard's Campground, you'll be provided with great customer service from our on-site management!

Clean laundry facilities, bathhouses, camp store, pet area, and free Wi-Fi are a few amenities that we offer to our guests. Your comfort and enjoyment is our top priority. There are also picnic tables and campfire pits available for your entertainment around the park. Propane, firewood, and other items are available for sale from the camp store.

At Ballard Campground & RV Park, all of our sites are level, with a combination of pull-through sites for big rigs (with trailers) and back-end sites for those who want a little more privacy.

We offer exclusive rough camping sites for pop-ups and tent camping. Campers are welcome but will need to bring a generator. No electric sites at this time. Our Lots vary in size in both non-wooded and wooded sections throughout the property. Enjoy a Beautiful Hike down to the spring fed pond and relax while you fish or ride your ATV through the beautiful hilly trails on this 140 acre property we call Home. A fee of $45 per ATV will be charged. Timber Springs is a pet-friendly community however please keep your pets on leashes during your stay as we also have pets, children, and other natural wildlife running around. Timber springs and it’s affiliates are not responsible for any injuries or losses, lost or stolen property. If you come onto this property it is at your own risk and you are responsible for yourself and your own belongings. We look forward to having you.

## Overview

Cherryvale Park is located on the crystal clear Big Hill Lake in southeast Kansas.   
  
The lake boasts three campgrounds, three equestrian trails and four day-use areas for the public to enjoy.   
  
Camping, picnicking, horseback riding, hiking, swimming, fishing and other outdoor activities abound.

## Recreation

Campers can venture onto several hiking and equestrian trails including Big Hill Lake Horse Trail, a 17-mile trail with a variety of terrain for all ages to explore. The trail winds along a scenic hardwood ridge that offers gorgeous views all along the way.   
  
Big Hill Lake is known as a trophy lake for fishing. Principal species of sport fish include largemouth bass, crappie, channel and flathead catfish, bluegill, walleye and smallmouth bass. The lake is also popular for fishing tournaments.   
  
Almost all of the land around the lake is open to public hunting, except for parks and areas around the dam and control structures. Principal species hunted are whitetail deer, turkey and squirrel.   
  
Families with kids will enjoy visiting the sand-covered beach nearby for cooling off from the summer heat and enjoying a picnic.

## Facilities

In addition to 23 individual campsites, the campground has one group camping area with a picnic shelter and seven campsites.   
  
Other amenities include drinking water, restrooms, showers, a playground and a dump station.

## Natural Features

The park is nestled in the rolling, wooded countryside that is referred to as the Little Ozarks.   
  
With thick oak-hickory forests surrounded by prairie and farmland, the lake shore supplies a variety of habitats for birds and mammals.   
  
Cherryvale Park offers a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of trees for shade, and the lake is only a short walk away from the campsites.

Located in Oswego, Kansas, Hillside RV Park is open year-round! We offer Passport America discount for an unlimited stay. Ask about the Good Sam discount, military and veteran and other discounts. Our park features (24) 70-foot pull-through RV lots on the property with ten additional back in lots with some concrete pads for long-term stays. Electric, Sewer, Trash all included in the price. $2.00 extra for 30 amp service, $3.00 extra for 50 amp service. We also have a large pet area; pets must be on a leash at all times and cleaned up after. Do not leave outside when you are away from the campsite. Whether its a driveby or long term stay, we hope to see you soon!

This property is in a peaceful park-like setting. The upstairs of the cabin provides a cozy loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a large picturesque window with a beautiful lake view! The balcony overlooks the living room and open kitchen area, offering a beautiful lake view. The living room is furnished with an oversized sectional couch and an additional queen-sized bed. The full bath is equipped with a large lake-view shower and a washer and dryer for your convenience. 

The kitchen is furnished with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils for cooking, along with a grill for outside grilling. A coffee pot and coffee are also amenities of this cozy cabin! This lake house/cabin is conveniently located just a few minutes from town, boat launches, casinos, and gas stations. Two-car parking is available within 6ft of the entryway door.
