Yogi Bear DE beaches

Campground well maintained and relatively quiet given its peak season for Delaware beaches. Off the beaten path from beach noise but does require a 15-30 minute drive to popular beaches.

Pros: large area for back in campers. Water park free, cheap weekend getaway, has cabins and golf cart…

Good camping close to home

Was a nice campground was close to home. Have nothing bad to say. Heated pools were a nice bonus as well camp sights are tight.

Won’t be back

Our tent site was on a slope, and completely flooded the fire ring. The fire ring was also missing the grilling grate. The showers were broken and you have to pay for them. All the drink machines were busted and the mosquitos were unbearable. I contacted the company and they basically said too bad,…

Beach camping

Great state park with the beach on one side and the bay on the other. All reachable on bikes. Town of Lewes is right there and has cute shops and places to eat. Rehobeth is 5 miles away by bike on the trail, and has a boardwalk and great shopping. Campground also has Fort Myers tours and lots of…

Er try to stay here at least once per season.  The sites are spacious, the pool is awesome and the staff is very Friendly and efficient.   Check in took less than 5 minutes. Everything was clean and ready for us.  Ocean City beaches and boardwalk are just a short drive away and you can get beach…

Good quiet place to stay close to Assateague

Easily booked a site online for July 5-7 and had a very nice, quiet stay in the park. We chose this park as an alternative to staying on Assateague since it's only about 40 minutes away, and we prefer the shaded forest and lack of crowds. There were only a few other campers in our loop. If it was…

Nice campsites, big campground, no privacy

This is a nice campground but it is crowded! The sites have more living space than some we’ve been to but don’t come here for privacy.

Great Campground Very small sites!!!

We took out 1st trip to Tuckahoe over the 4th of July weekend. We really liked the park, but beware, the sites can be small! I watched people with 25+ footers struggle to back into the sites. We booked site 21, blind. The web site does not say site 21 is extremely small. We have a 25' camper, and…

Great Campground Resort

First time camping at the Jersey shore. This campground had it all from a huge pool and unbelievable splash pad to a great swimming pond with a beach! They just completed a new camp store building that has everything you could think of from camping gear to beach chairs and floats! They also have a…

My stay at Seashore State Park

I stay at this campground everytime I come to the beach. It is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. It's just a short walk to the beach if you don't want to drive. I will be back in August and I can't wait.
