Sitting along the waterfront near Selbyville, Delaware, Treasure Beach RV Park & Campground runs from late April through late October and draws a consistent crowd of families with RVs and young children. The park is large, with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer for rigs up to 80 feet, plus WiFi, a dump station, and bath houses throughout. Sites vary in character: some back onto the lake, which provides a degree of separation from neighbors, though reviewers note that most sites sit close together and shade is limited across much of the property.
Water access is a defining feature here. Campers can fish, crab, or launch kayaks from the property, and a beachfront stage hosts bands and DJs on weekend evenings. Two pools, a splash pad, a jumping pillow, and a playground round out the on-site activity options that reviewers consistently mention. The park draws a high volume of seasonal residents alongside nightly guests, which means the campground can feel more like a permanent community than a traditional RV stop, particularly during holiday weekends when it fills quickly.
A few practical notes worth knowing before booking: navigating the property at night for the first time can be confusing given the park's size, and at least one reviewer flagged noise from golf carts running past quiet hours. Staff responsiveness receives mixed feedback across reviews. "The early morning kayaking allowed the kiddos to explore the safe, surrounding waters," noted Jason G., capturing what many families return for. Campers looking for a quieter, less activity-driven setup can browse campgrounds near Fenwick Island for additional options in the area, including White Horse RV Park a few miles to the southwest.
