Great Campground

Really enjoyed staying here. Liked that there is a tiki bar at the beach and pool that serves alcohol. - Kids play while adults play! :-) Also liked the campsites. Enough room for everything without being in your neighbors business. They really put a lot of work into the place and it really shows. Very clean campground. Will be back in the future. 35 min drive to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.

Rehoboth Bay Caming Resort

Very nice resort campground. When pulling up to the main building it felt like you where at a tropical resort! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They have scheduled activities throughout the day for the kids only a few that included a cost. The resort has two pools one specifically for families and the other is split one side kids, and the other is for adults only as there is a swim up bar. The grounds had a tiki bar w music and games at times, an ice cream parlor and a general store with everything you can think of. This campground is on the bay and had its own private beach as well. Definitely one we will be revisiting in the future!

Chill

This place is amazing with its swim up bar, 2 pools, private beach on the bay. It is adult and child friendly. Plenty of things for everyone to do without even leaving the property. Convenient store nearby. Boat slips. And so much more. Our site was quiet and private and large. Only downside is price. Quite pricey.

★★★★★ July 4th Weekend

We spent an extended weekend at Sun Outdoors at Rehoboth Bay(formerly called The Resort at Massey’s Landing). And we had a blast!

Located on Rehoboth Bay, this resort was a great place to spend a long holiday weekend. Our paved site was just a few steps to a private beach which was really nice and clean. The campground included a heated pool with swim-up bar, kids activity pool, camp store, ice cream shop, and restaurant with bar. There’s no reason to ever leave the property!

We found the amenities and facilities were clean and maintained. Our site(# 214) was level and the full hookups all worked fine. This is a dog-friendly resort in all areas except the swimming pools. Daily trash pickup from the site is a great convenience. Even though the place was full for the holiday weekend, the staff handled everything well and always had a friendly greeting (including dog treats for our 4-legged traveller).

We had the opportunity to take the Cape May Lewes Ferry from and back to New Jersey. Driving a motor home onto a boat is an experience by itself. And we were fortunate to have great weather for our entire trip.

This is a great place and we can’t wait to come back!

THINGS I LIKED:

  • Private beach

  • Clean and well maintained property

THINGS I’D CHANGE:

  • Slow WiFi and sketchy cable service
  • The sites are really tightly packed without any trees for shade or privacy

Nice place on water

Easy check in, all the amenities you'd expect. Clean restrooms. 2 pools, one with a swim up bar. Golf carts for rent.

Only thing I didn't like was the lack of trees for shade. And it was a bit pricey but I haven't been out lately so I don't know if this is normal.

Was Great Once…

This place was great with the pool, beach, and bar. We enjoyed camping here with Military discount and a group of friends for the first two years it was open. Then the prices skyrocketed and it’s just not worth it even with discounts. Plenty of other camping trips to go on that are cheaper and have just as many amenities.

Favorite Resort

Everything at this resort is shiny and new.

There is not a lot of shade as most of the vegetation has just been planted, so take that into consideration when planning your trip.

The Tiki Bar had amazing drinks and bar food. And the bartenders were super nice and accommodating.

The camp store has everything you could want and more.

It was fun paddle boarding on the calm water.

Be warned, there are a lot of people on golf carts hauling ass throughout the property. I wish there were some sort of common sense/decency test people had to pass before being allowed to drive golf carts, so just be careful when you’re walking.

Very nice but not worth it.

Massey's is very nice, clean, awesome pool, nice very windy Bayside sites, but you can get the same for half the price or more. Don't get run over by the golf carts. Very pet friendly. Definitely not worth the very expensive sites. Beach was ok but could be better.

Fun Time!

Beautiful Bay views!!!  My daughters love this place and so does my wife and I.  The beach is great.  The pool and pool bar are fantastic!  1 minor complaint about the pool is that it gets crowded and you might not get a seat.  Supposedly they are going to be building another pool soon!

You definitely get what you pay for here.  If you are looking for privacy dont come here.  This campground is about having fun all day!

We will be back.

Beautiful waterfront sites

Landing club waterfront sites were beautiful! Staff is very friendly. Campground is kept clean. We enjoyed the dog friendly accommodations. Only complaint is the size of the pool- too small compared to the size of the campground. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and already booked for next year while we were there!

Pricy but very nice

The grounds are great beautiful private beach and pool. Did not use the docks. It’s also close to the other ocean beaches. The only downsides are sites are very close together and its a very expensive about double the cost of other near by non-waterfront campgrounds.

Amazing!

We are ending a four night stay and are super pleased. Campsites are a good size, clientele is awesome, staff is great. Our one and only complaint is that the pool and water activities didn't open until 11.

So far my favorite RV trip

Been here twice now. Very pet friendly which is huge for us. It is a bit of a ride to Rehoboth Beach but you don’t have to venture out. They have a swim up bar (pool is separated, kids side and adult side) and a bar and restaurant right next to the private campers beach. Staff has always been friendly. We plan on visiting once a year.

Peaceful and fun

Have stayed here multiple times, most recently October 2018. They have a beautiful heated pool, waterfront tiki bar, on site store and restaurant, kayak and golf cart rental and they seem to be adding more every year! They have different types of sites, some gravel, some paved and some with concrete patios and nice furniture included. They also offer cabins and safari tents as options if you don't have an RV. Each site has a firepit and there are multiple clean bath houses throughout, each with laundry. There's a beach on site(soundfront) and a dog beach area as well. We loved the ability to stay in a peaceful campground with beautiful views and still be able to drive to the boardwalk and ocean beaches. Will be back again this year!!

Love this place

This resort is the top of our campground list. The location cannot be beat. Lots of kids activities and the kids love the night swimming while adults can sit at the swim up bar. The bathrooms are beautiful and kept very clean.

Finally found our favorite

Plenty of room for big rigs. Sites are spacious and roads are wide. Hookups work great and it has the best wifi I've ever seen. Hotspots throughout the park. It is on the Rehobeth Bay. They have sites on the bay or on the shores of the lagoons. Restaurants, bars, pool, beach, dog park and beach, game room, well stocked store, the list goes on and on. We had to cancel this years trip there but just took a day trip and stopped in. They are still adding amenities throughout the park. The staff is excellent. Golf cart, kayak, and bike rentals are available. This is an excellent park to bike ride and kayak in. Just outside the campground is a public boat launch into the bay. It's a neat place to sit on the docks and watch the boats or fish. Crabbing and clamming can be done right at the campground. The offer a shuttle to Rehobeth Beach which is a great idea because the parking at the beach is limited.

A resort, a beach, entertainment and a campground...all in one!

We enjoyed our stay there. It is a brand new campground so the place is immaculate. The staff is friendly, the campground and their beach were clean and in order, the pool was awesome and the band at the pool each day was a nice touch. At night time the pool is lit up with different lights, the pool nearest the swim up bar is heated and the live band plays till about 10 pm. There is also a café for coffee and icecream, The Jackspot restaurant for vittles, a gym, a playground, a beach and a fenced in playground for your pets, it has an security arm that activates once you swipe through to enter the campground and you can wear wrist bands that have an RDIF. Once you load money on them, you do not have to carry your wallet around. The only thing we didn't like were the showers. Push button showers with two small children are not fun at all. The location is very close to Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City.
