Been here 3 weeks

Great camp ground, folks that run it are super nice. Lots of room for the kids to play. WiFi kicked off everyday around 5pm But came back on. Washer and dryer in both men and women’s restrooms. The women’s have the newer of the two. Meat market less than a miles away. Walmart is 15 minutes…

Great location right on the river, lots of hiking nearby

This campsite is about 2 hours from NYC, great location right on the river. The campsites are very nice, some are a bit more private than others though. They have great amenities: bathrooms with showers, playgrounds, they sell wood, big sinks to wash dishes, and picnic tables and grills at every…

Tight loud and not level

This campground is very tight. We have a 30' travel trailer and it was very tight to get to our spot. On our first night there was loud music and people yelling till 1 am even though quiet time starts at 11.

Family-friendly with lots of activities

It would be very difficult to be bored at Driftstone-- games, activities, swimming, boating, plenty of open field for the kids. It is a very family-friendly campground where the staff and other campers are very personable. A group of us stayed in the back,"west" area. The sites were large and…

Beautiful and relaxing water sites

Stayed here 2 nights in May, Friday-Sunday. There were a decent amount of people on Friday, but significantly more on Saturday. Park employees and park police drive around through the day. Some big groups of campers got a little rowdy at night. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I thought…

Hike in spots are pretty decent

The hike in spot is about 5 minutes from the parking spot. Very secluded, price isn't that bad and the staff is friendly.

Loved until...

Three years ago, we fell in love with this campground. We knew we had to find an rv and become seasonals. Fast forward, we bought one, went to talk to them... They only allow seasonal campers to be 10 years old or newer. Ours is 13. Very disappointed. But for a weekend away, it's a great place. A…

Worthington state forest

This campground was clean and quiet and workers were very helpful with any questions we had. Our campsite (#10) was right on the water and had tons of space away from other campers. We didn't see any bears on our trip, but they do warn you pretty seriously that you need to be aware they're in the…

Depends on the site

Overall I think this campground has a lot to offer if you have a family and are looking to provide them with activities. Fishing in the pond insite, swimming in the pool and lots of family weekends throughout the season.

However, for whatever reason the sites are all covered in stone, and I…

Cold night but worth it

Kicked off my first camp in the US at Jenny Jump. 2nd April 2021, site 34. Plenty of space, car park within 20-30ft. Was a cold night, 24oF. Burrr. Hikes close by. Other campers friendly. Dog friendly on a leash.
