GuideStayed here the first night of July 4th weekend. Full campground and sites are close together and crowded. With the large camping trailers and 2-3 vehicles per site, it felt claustrophobic. A good number of sites are not level. Bathrooms were well maintained and people were courteous. I would not stay here again because it felt packed with people.
GuideWe tent camped in site #56. I will say the sites are on the smaller side, but you can make do. The lake is soooo beautiful and you can rent kayaks $7/hour or a 2 person small boat for $10/hour. Laundry facility is nice and cheap, with a great sink to wash dishes. Bathrooms are poorly vented and gets so hot & humid, but I will say the showers are in-home quality for a campground! The owners are so nice and friendly. ORV trail butts up to the campground so bring your dirt bikes! We had a small trailer and they had no issue with us at all. Very good swimming beach with tons of places to take in the peaceful views. Playground is large and nice with a new basketball court and Gaga ball. Bring your bug spray and get ready to enjoy serene nature. Oh and I love how affordable it is :)

GuideRuby is a fitting name for this gem. This is the most wholesome cute campground I've ever been to. It has a family owned summer camp vibe and the owners are very kind and helpful. The grounds are very well managed it's right on a river, it's quiet, peaceful and they sell great quality firewood at a low price. I could go on forever. If you see this place or learn of it you MUST give it a try. Ten out of ten and perhaps this was just luck but I didn't even see a mosquito!
TravelerWe've state at this campground on and off for roughly 3 weeks staying mostly at the Cedar cabin but we also tent camped as well. The staff is amazing, the campground is well maintained and quiet. Bathrooms are clean and it has hot showers and a place to do your dishes as well. We love the trails and the wildlife and the kids loved the parks.
GuideI love this place and so do my 3 dogs. We got a secluded campsite, and it’s gorgeous- tucked into the woods and was easy to back into. You’re far enough from people to where you don’t really see a lot of them or hear them that often besides people walking by. This has been very peaceful- and fairly inexpensive as well. There is no water hookup- but you can fill up and dump at the front of the campground. No store- but you can stop and get firewood when you check in.
TravelerCamp site was nice with blacktop pad and once parked felt very secluded and could barely see site past truck in parking spot. Great for getting away and seeing the night sky. Beach and water was a 5.3 mile drive and wasn't alot of things for kids to do but ride bikes and play in woods but mine still had fun.
