      Spiral Jetty

      Oh these arty granolas

Pretty far but worth a visit. We got here midnight and IT WAS WINDY!! Was afraid our car gonna tip over (yes, it’s that bad)

To our surprise it snowed in the morning and we had such a long walk around the site, very inspiring, very introspective. Would recommend!!!

Dixie Creek Campground — East Canyon State Park

      Camping with a view

There is not a bad site here. Clean, level, concrete pads, picnic tables, clean bathrooms and separate individual showers. The road to get here was narrow with steep drop offs. But people get their boats up here. There is a marina.

Dixie Creek Campground — East Canyon State Park

Treacherous drive to a beautiful spot

This campground is located on a reservoir surrounded by mountains. It is beautiful!! The grounds are quite clean and well ordered. The bathrooms are clean and they have individual shower rooms. You can put in a boat or kayak It’s a bit pricey at $50 for electric and water. You can get sewer for a bit more.

      Forestry Camp, Utah

      Forrester Camp, Utah

Amazing place to camp right next to the river.

The entrance you go across the bridge. It looks low, but a 13.5 RV can make it under no problem. As you enter, it gets lower and all of a sudden you realize that you can make it under the trees over the bridge.

      Belmont Hot Springs RV Park

      Awesome Hot Springs

Just off of I-15 in Plymouth is a hidden gem. For $60 you get full 50amp hookups, a huge dog run for the pups and awesome access to Hot Springs. At 102 degrees we swam in the furthest spring-pond next to the green shop inside the fenced area. Late afternoon and early morning we had the place to ourselves. It was awesome. Bring a floaty or vest as the sides are slick. Ponds have a nice dock with ladders.

      Bountiful Peak Campground

Pretty view and good road leading up to site

The sites were great, the one we ended up staying at on a Friday night was a little n even so just make sure you snag a site that is even. The road leading up to it is good, my all wheele drive made it up just fine! The road also is pretty and green, I bet it’s pretty during the fall! There was maybe two other families so not too busy but we did it on a Friday and it was HOT but there was great shade and the elevation makes nights cool down.
