Circle L Manufactured Home Community has been a part of Layton, Utah for over 40 years. We welcome all veterans, seniors and families to join us at one of our 109 well-maintained sites, including some sites with mature trees and grass.

We offer an in-town setting, yet are off the main street with easy freeway access. Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and hospitals are within close proximity. Nearby Layton Commons Park features a duck pond, amphitheater and walking trails. Antelope Island State Park and the Wasatch Mountains are also nearby.

Feels like home instead of a RV resort, spacious lots

Great place to call home. Spacious lots for the perfect RV living. Not to mention the management and maintenance crew this community is a great example of being the heart of Layton!

Great place to live.

I can't say enough about Jami McGrath (Manager) and the staff here at the Layton, Utah Circle L Mobile Home Community and RV Park. They will do everything they possibly can for their customer/s regardless of the situation. The customer, too, must be cooperative and do everything they can to work together with the staff here to make it even a more joyful experience for all. I live here full time and would not go anyplace else because I LOVE being here. In my opinion Jami is a great and wonderful person and takes her job seriously.
