A dirt road through a valley in camping near Middle Fork State Wildlife Area leads to this free dispersed site managed by Utah's Department of Wildlife Resources. The surrounding land supports cattle, deer, and elk. Camping in the parking lot and within a third of a mile is restricted from the Saturday of April through September 9th, and at least one visitor has found signage on-site contradicting app data about those dates. Cell service is listed as available. Rangers do patrol the area. This site works best for campers comfortable with rough road access and some uncertainty around seasonal regulations.
