Tellurian Family Campground offers conveniently located spacious travel trailer, camper, RV and tent camp sites with incredible views and access to a pristine mountain river. The property consists of 93 acres and 2780 feet (1⁄2 mile) of river frontage on the First Broad River. The First Broad River offers canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and fishing. Smallmouth and freshwater sunfishing is incredible on this stretch of the river and there are also opportunities for mountain river catfish.

Tellurian’s scenic location offers stunning vista views of the surrounding countryside, sprawling views of the South Mountain and Cherry Mountain ranges, as well as long range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The sunsets are amazing and the star lit skies are uninhibited by city lights. One of the few lights that can be seen at night lights up a steeple silhouetted against the mountain ridges. It’s truly a peaceful site.

Tryon Glamping gives you a comfortable and stylish place to enjoy the outdoors. Whether its relaxing on the deck, taking a hike, going for a swim, fishing or go tubing in one of the local rivers. Or wandering through small towns looking for that perfect antique (or French toast), glamping with us is like camping without the haste of set up/ tear down, lugging around all the gear and sleeping on the ground. With our tent, you get all the basics including a fire pit, a wood burning stove to keep you warm in the winter months and to cook on, a bed, drinking water and a comfortable way to use the restroom. We even provide a solar panel for lighting and portable solar lights to use around the property. Bring a cooler with food, a couple sleeping bags and maybe a nice adult beverage or two, relax and enjoy our very private 10 acres of woods and Mountain Views!

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! 

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night. 

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. 

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property. 

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper___s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Your CampKeeper is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable). Just off the main Hwy 101 S in a nice wooded area with small stream and waterfall facing front of the campsite. We're about two hours from Charlotte, North Carolina and Augusta, Georgia. 

Nearby Attractions that you can drive to or spend the day exploring: Gentry Farms 0.5 mi, Barefoot Acres Zip Line 3.6 mi, The Farm at Rabon Creek 8 mi, City Scape Winery 12 mi, Happy Cow Creamery 12 mi. Check out downtown Greenville a fun city with shops and great nightlife.   

The host is on-premises if needed, text for any needs. Coming into the property there will be a large field.  Come to a short distance through the double gate, across the damn, and up the driveway. Parking on the right side marked 'site'.  Just a short walk to the Tentrr site!

Other Things to Note:
Thank you for keeping our TentRR site clean! Please put items used back in the original stored place clean when finished. Put all trash in provided receptacle with lid secured and take to main receptacle upon leaving. Please do not wear shoes inside the tent. Place shoes in bug resistant container at tent entrance. Keep all food items in sealed containers to prevent bugs or other critters ie Raccoon's from entering the campsite. Do not cut down any trees, but feel free to gather fallen limbs for firewood. Fire wood when available is placed under tent deck at campsite and host office.  Keep all open flames away from the tent and use screen cover to avoid forest fire mishaps. Please do NOT try to feed or pet any animals. NO smoking of any kind. $50 Cleaning Fee Does Apply if campsite left in disarray.  This includes placing used Potty Loo bags in trash receptacles on exit day according to guide lines provided. Thank you

Once an army training base, Croft State Park covers more than 7,000 acres of rolling, wooded terrain just a few miles from downtown Spartanburg. The park offers over 20 miles of biking and hiking trails, a playground, picnicking and camping, as well as fishing and boating in one of two lakes.

Horseback riding in South Carolina state parks is widely popular, and Croft is known around the region for its equestrian facilities. The park regularly hosts shows in its arena and boasts more than 20 miles of equestrian trails.

Small family farm 20 minutes outside Asheville. Our property is in the valley surrounded by mountains along Cane Creek. Along side our tiny cabin are (2) camping spots, all surrounded by woods with a beautiful view of the mountains facing east. A trail through the woods will pass by the pigs grazing, down to the pasture and eventually bring you to the creek. The property has many free range chickens, that are very friendly and may come up looking for a treat. We have dogs and cats that are all friendly to adults and kids.
