USA Raft

The only downside is that the campsites are on top of each other. If your looking for privacy, this isn’t the place. Otherwise, friendly staff, riverfront, and a bar.

Beautiful, Rustic Campground

This campground is conveniently located along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The drive from Asheville is stunning, taking you through several tunnels. It’s a short drive to many popular hikes, including Graveyard Fields and Black Balsam Knob. Pisgah Inn is across the street, along with the camp store,…

Step into Smokies Paradise

We had a great campsite right by the creek. The place was isolated and beautiful.

Planes, trains, automobiles and RVs

Precious! I’ve never stayed in an RV park next to a small airport with a train track running through the middle of the park! Our pull through site was located under an old oak tree, conveniently next to the laundromat.

Fell asleep to the soothing sounds of a locomotive horn punctuated by the…

Great for a rv. Ok for tent

Noise from the highway. Lake is cool with fish. Very well light with nice bathrooms.

Nestled in the mountains alongside a babbling brook is this perfect campground.

This campground was dreamy! The ambiance is perfect, the streamside campsite was music to our ears, the bathrooms immaculate and the yurts looked pretty great too! I could stay forever. We visited Chinney Rock and Linville Falls during our stay and they were both amazing sights to see.

Great view, little privacy

The site is right next to the road near a former burn area, so there's a clearing between the site and the lake. A lot of people just stop and walk right through my camp to get a better view, only a few of them even apologizing and even fewer asking permission. But tthe view from this site is…

Charming Campground

Had a wonderful experience here. Adorable family owned campground with lots of charm. The owners are super friendly and clearly take a lot of pride in maintaining the grounds and facilities, making for a pleasant stay. We stayed in a "Techno" site. These sites have power and water, but are pretty…

This has been our favorite campground we have visited so far! It is so well cared for and clean, owners are super nice. We stayed right on the river. The sites are large and the fishing pond is so nice! You can rent tubes to tube down the river on site

Beautiful setting

Clean. Well maintained. Very clear lake water. Mountain View’s. Bathhouse is clean. Very level site. Didn’t have to level my rig and 32 ft class c fit perfectly. This site has some privacy not too close to the other sites. Walking distance to a bathhouse, play ground, boat dock and a sandy beach .

Superb car camping

There are campsites located all along the road. Once you find one that you like, pull over and set up camp for the night. Campsites are marked by a firepit. I recommend bringing a bag or two of your own firewood. It rained for us and was very foggy, but once morning came we got a great view of a…
