Not What We Were Expecting

The campsite wasn't as expected or advertised as completely wooded behind our site. There was a wine store behind us with a nightlong glaring light and other sites had new construction behind them without screening. The bathrooms lacked soap and could have used some cleaning. The selling feature…

Wonderful weekend visit in the off season. Site was level, pretty spacious and easy to back into. Campsites are located close enough to the beach/marsh. Multiple playgrounds for the kids although they were closed due to Covid. No sewers sites that I could tell, and water was off because we were…

Stomping grounds

I grew up in town, was always a good park to have family get togethers and go on dates. Recently went camping in our pull behind, met some old friends and had a great time. Rangers have a hardon for people screwing up tho. Think they're all that and then some...

Nice stop

Nice campground, friendly people and staff. Really nice that you can walk to the trails/beach and Rocky Neck. Bathrooms could be nicer, but not bad. Would stay again.
