Easy access to the Indian River and Florida Beaches

We stayed here for 4 nights. Sites on the outer ring have electric and water hookups and most have direct access to the water from Sebastian Inlet. The sites can be a bit tight since your power/water pedestal is shared between you and your neighbor. Lesson learned: get an odd numbered site so that…

Clean, ok staff, way too many no-see-ums

Campground was clean and had decent facilities. The water was not necessarily “swimmable”, so bring a watercraft. The staff had recently changed the latest checkin time from 10:00pm to 9:00pm. My wife is disabled so it takes us a while to get anywhere and the staff refused to budge a minute in…

Best place in Florida

This place is truly a hidden gem. There are some waterfront sites, an island that you can walk to and hike around with beaches, and dolphins swim right by the sites! Bathrooms were clean, laundry facilities were convenient and the campers were friendly. What more could you ask for?!

nice camp, small dirt sites

sites are small and narrow and nearly impossible to back into because main streets are narrow and full of obstacles (signs and utility posts) that keep you from maneuvering.  Lots of shade and nice views of the river.  We even watched a Falcon 9 launch from the pier.  No cable.  Sites are closely…

Relaxing Camping w/ Animals

Very nice state park here. The electric camping sites have water hook ups. I don’t have a camper so we just set up tents and luckily the only spot available was a good one. It’s mid June and it’s HOT! Some sites are spacious and private and others you can see more of your neighbors. We had deer…

Nice clean shaded rv park

Many people stay here during the season. The sites are gravel and we'll maintained. Clean showers and toilets. Quiet place.

Perfect spot

This place is beautiful. There are paved roads and grassy areas for bike riding, playing games and more. I would recommend a water spot, there are plenty of them. A public beach is less than a 2 minute drive (but there was no one on this beach). It was like having my own private beach. Bring…

Disciplined sites

Generally a high caliper RV park. Closely watched by “Bull” the owner. Orderliness is enforced. Good quality hookups- city water and sewer. Nice little bay on the mosquito coast. Some shrimping, docks, kayaks, piers. Great oyster restaurant down the road: Goodriches”.

Decent!

The tent sites are a little small but most of them are shady and secluded with lots of trees and shrubs between! Good bathroom and shower, and lots of trails to explore, leading to a boat ramp and playground

First time here.

If your a fisher, you'll love this park. Looking for a beach, not here. Lots of pretty plants and animals.

Very nice for the price

If you’re a fisherman, this place will be a good place to relax and talk to your neighbors. The location is great for people who are looking to be close to the airport and theme parks. It’s an RV park, but it’s one of the nicer ones I’ve seen.

Nice management but the facilities could use some work

This place has some great wildlife and is pretty nice in comparison to other RV parks. But, I wouldn’t quite call it a resort... other than the pools, hot tub, lake access. It is technically full of amenities but it’s still an RV park.
