Good idea but...

This could have been a really good resort but in the FL sun they removed most all shade trees! It is just over an hour to Disney, Universal studios and all the central FL attractions. Close to KSC but NOT. A good launch viewing location. When we were there the restrooms seemed nearly new but not that clean. For considerably less price KOA is right next door. Staff was OK but not exceptional.
