Campsites are well spaced clean awesome showers are hot. Staff is super cool. Town is close camp host is cool. Going back as soon as they reopen
I took my family here for a 5 night stay during the week from Sunday to Friday.
Although the park itself is clean and rangers are nice I did not feel safe with the amount of permanent campers and sketchy characters camping here. There were mostly beat up rv’s with beat up cars next to them and…
My family and I came here for a quick end of year camping trip. We wanted something close to home, but able to get away. In this, the campground excels. It’s literally five minutes away from civilization, which we took advantage of on several occasions.
The campground is well maintained, the staff…
I pulled into this campground with our camper van that had no bathroom. The camp host said they typically only rent to RVs with a bath, but they let us stay anyways! Super friendly and accommodating to us. Clean facilities, not much of a view.
This is my favorite campground in the greater Los Angeles area. Tucked away at the top of a precarious winding mountain road. It is very basic, simple and beautiful.
Campground is well taken care of and quiet. There is some road noise in the snowberry loop at the top.
Enjoyed all of it. Basic simple no drama easy kicked back
Little quaint to the huge lake that u encounter fun enjoyed every minute. Made some friends.

Great time “glamping”. Close to home with all the amenities!
We were able to pitch a tent along side our Mini Trailer in the RV section of the park. We have visited twice now. Hiking swimming, biking, and nearby Kayaking in a clean friendly environment. The park offers large sites with nice lawn to play catch and other lawn games with the family. Also they…
We have stayed at San Onofre State Beach a couple times. The campground is on the bluffs, and nearby Old Man's beach has some of the best beginner's surfing waves in Southern California. The day use area gets crowded quickly during the summer, so be sure to arrive early. If you don't want to camp…

We've been staying at San Clemente State Beach for more than 30 years now, and it's always an enjoyable time. The beach is great for surfing and boogie boarding, with the famous Trestles surfing spot located about 2 miles away.
San Clemente State Beach is a pretty large campground with lots…

Yes, it's a parking lot, but you won't get any closer to the beach than this! Our kids had a blast staying here since it's right on the boardwalk and super close to the HB pier. At night, you can build a bonfire, which is really fun and one of the few spots in Orange County that you can do this.…

We've stayed at Table Mountain several times. It's a nice, clean campground with lots of great hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. You also have the disc golf course and North Lodge run by Mountain High, which is in walking…

We love going to Doheny, but it's hard to get a camping spot here. The campground is right on the beach, where you'll find some of the best longboard surfing in OC. Lots of places to rent kayaks and paddle boards, and the onsite Cafe del Sol has pretty good food and drinks. Keep in mind that this…
