You’ll find miles of hiking trails, 50,000 acres of impressive redwoods, and a pristine creek. Plus, you’re right next to the Eel River, where you can dip your toes in or fish for salmon and steelhead. Don’t be surprised to see herds of elk visit the campground or rare birds flying above. Burlington is a beautiful campground surrounded by some of the oldest redwoods in the world. The perfect place to enjoy the serenity of nature. “Loooooved this campground. There’s a meadow area for RVS and a forested area for smaller rvs/vans and tents. BIG bathrooms with flush toilets, hot coin showers, laundry room. Hosts are super nice and the facilities are really clean. The grounds are beautiful, there’s a lovely large lake with a little footpath around it – I saw otters in the lake and elk in the front meadow!
