Poor parking

Arrived about 1:00 PM, set up and went to register. No deals here. They charge $30 to park over night in a traffic-noisy parking lot out behind a gas station and convenience store. We decamped instead and drove to Elk Valley casino which was quiet and free.

Not ever again!

Not a place to get sleep. We played by the no generator rulebook after 10:00 pm only to be one upped by the overgrown boy children in the next RV over. When they finally stopped playing for several hours with their generator switch sleep finally arrived only to be bombarded by the WALMART SEMI TRUCK that parked directly in between both of our rigs at 4:30 am so he could sit in his cab AND READ A BOOK! No one from Security ever came out to check on anything including the cars burning rubber in the parking lot half the night. It's to bad, because employees were nice at the casino, including security. The Casino itself looks "tired", but the slots were fun and a nice selection. Sushi restaurant was very good and the younger women waitress was excellent. Point being... Your charging us $33.00 for the night, we're spending Plenty 'O $$$ in your casino, please do not treat us like second class casino patrons. WALMARTS STILL READING HIS BOOK!! From 4:30 to 7:30 am with the truck still idling! We would have gotten way more sleep in the WALMART PARKING LOT downtown!!

Casino camping

Blue Lake Casino has an RV lot at their site. You have to be a member of the casino but it is free park your RV in the designated lot right behind their gas station and check in at players club office to gain free membership and free two nights stay. The lot can accommodate at least 15 units (5 are pull thru )and has a clean free dump station. The gas station is large and can easily accommodate Trailers or big rigs plus their gas had the lowest price around. Added bonus is the casino and restaurant it is clean well maintained. Food was good no complaints.

Blue Lake Casino

A great pit stop for those about to enter the Redwoods or about to make their way out to Mt Shasta. There is water refill and a dump station for RVs and the casino will allow you to park overnight if you sign up for their Players Card. Be a courteous guest by helping them out with some business and make sure to keep in clean.

Easy RV camping

Loved this place. $10 per night, max stay of 2 nights. Free water and dump station! They also give you $10 of free table credits and $10 to play on slots plus coupons for their restaurants. We actually made money staying here! Will definitely be back again. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Great Overnighter

Great spot for overnighter! No showers available or toilets at the RV site. There was a free dump and rinse station. It was $11 for the night - had to join the Blue Lake Casino Players Club but was free to join and we got 20% off meals, $10 gambling chips, $10 gambling machine credit and a mini Redwood Tree planting kit. AND if you showed proof you were vaccinated, there was an additional $10 put on the card. We’ll worth it!

$11 / night includes dump and fill!

This was our first time trying out a casino parking lot to stay in, and it was a nice treat to be able to walk from the RV to dinner. The casino has some good restaurants in it, and there are other options within walking distance as well. The casino has their own brewery, which was very cool, and the beer was delicious.

The casino has you join their club in order to be able to park here for the night. Membership is free and easy to sign up- and you get some cool swag as well: a deck of cards, $20 worth of gambling money, and most exciting to us: a redwood tree starter kit! This last one might just be limited time for Earth Day though.

The casino is currently open with limited capacity, and your temperature is checked at the door. The restaurants inside offer in house dining, and the guests were seated at tables far apart from each other, and all the staff had masks on.

One downside: this casino had several semi trucks parking in the RV area, so the engine noise of them coming and going made it sound a bit like a truck stop. However, it was really quiet overnight.

There’s also a gas station on site, and they have bulk propane at $2.89/gal as well. The use of the dump is only for RVs staying overnight. There are trash bins but we didn’t see any recycling bins. Keep in mind this is sovereign land and not California State land, so some things that are legal in California (i.e. marijuana) are not legal on casino property. Good wifi from the casino reached all the way back to the RV parking area, which was a surprise. Good T-Mobile, ATT, and Verizon reception as well.

Good for an overnight stay

Casino has about 10 designated parking spaces for RVs in the back of the parking lot. Casino is currently closed but hotel and restaurant are open. They are still allowing RVs to stay. Must register at the hotel lobby and there is a nominal charge of $10/night. Easy access of Hwy 299 which is only about 7 mins from 101. Drinking water and dumping site available. Good place to fill up on gas. Hotel desk was very pleasant.
