4x4 recommend rough road coming in no passing area at all also off-road camper highly recommend very small campsite only for one vehicle ohv trails all over lake is a short walk away. Could fish with a kayak or paddle board Lilly pads are thick on the shore line. Campsite has a rock fire ring and a small picnic table. This does require a $25 camping permit which is good for 14 days of your stay. Very quite and rustic I'd give it 5 stars if the lake was shore fishing possible. The lake might just be low this year. Still the same nice secluded spot lots of wildlife and very good solar spot also

The RV campsite for out of state guests was listed for $58. However when entering the park we were charged an additional $16.
Potable water is at the front of the campground. Ice is not sold on site.

Money-grab if ever I saw one
Any property that charges $3.00 per pet PER NIGHT should be put out of business. I can understand (maybe) a one-time charge or fines if you're caught not cleaning up after your pet. But a nightly pet fee for each pet?? Never!!

Nice little campground
Campground is not far off of the highway. The road is a bit rough but paved. Some of the sites are tight and not level. I had two Verizon cell bars. Good spacing between campsites, plenty of trash receptacles. All sites are blocked off with boulders and you can't drive all the way, in you have to park outside of your picnic area.

Campfround has 6 campsites with fire pits and picnic tables. There is also a double vault toilet. The campground is very clean and accomodate many more campers, scout troops or large families. It is set up for canoe trips overnight stop. I'm here in my tear drop and just do daily trips out in my canoe. There is a 3 night stay limit and it is FREE!

Stayed here for a tournament weekend. The sites are very small, backed my camper in and had very little room left. My camper is 27' tip to tail. Site was level, did not have to use any blocks, no privacy at all. 1 bundle of firewood provided per night stayed. I liked that, besides the dog park there really isn't anything to do at the campground.
