EXPERIENCE NORTHWOODS WISCONSIN CAMPING - BOUTIQUE CAMPGROUND

We have Fully Wooded Electric & Non electric Sites starting at 30.00 per night for 2 adults and kids under 12 year old. We have very spacious large group sites, therefore our rates reflect a 10.00 charge per person per night for guests staying with us above the minimum number of guests per site. Kids 12 and under camp for free!

Our spacious campground is located on just under 40 acres in the southeast corner of the Nicolet National Forest. We have fire pits and picnic tables at every site. Flush toilets and individual tiled showers are available. NOW AVAILABLE, a dump station for RV trailers.

Rustic, peaceful and quiet

We arrived on a Sunday and probably missed the crowds, but that was deliberate. Upon arrival the owners greated us and went over everything we needed to know. We arrived with a 34' 5th wheel camper, backing into the spot was tricky but very doable, the site has water and 20 amp electric service, the power is substantial to power the necessities. The site has no sewer but we have large enough holding tanks where that is not a issue.

Phenomenal views, family friendly , accommodating and peaceful.

River Forest Campground has become our #1 vacation destination. We took our 3 girls there this last week for their very first time camping 🏕. The kids got to sing karaoke and go tubing among many other activities. The owners Raf & Amy work very hard to make sure their guests are comfortable and the way they manage the campground is top notch. We will continue to visit this beautiful campground for many years to come.

Thank you so much for the awesome review! It was great to see you guys again and is an honor that you gave us the huge responsibility to bring your kids camping for the first time. Although we aren't your corporate campground with plastic playgrounds and things, we absolutely love to help kids find joy and adventure. The river and forest hikes, swimming holes, nearby lakes, tubing, kayaking, rafting, and onsite loaner bikes give families many options to make lasting memories.
