Great amenities with excellent service!
More like a trailer park than a campground. No planned activities. No playground. Many people living here in campers that are in terrible shape, many with tarps covering them. Store and office closed all weekend; no sign of management.
All for rates that are ridiculous, including $10/night per…
Always a great time in Promised Land!

Easy to reserve, find and stay at the Promised Land State Park, PA.
We went straight to the campsite, saw my name was added at the campsite number so that was reassuring. It was very clean, although there were gravels, we could camp at a little moist area but we had a perfect good night's sleep.…
Stayed at site 44, it was a great time! Do the falls trail and do it early. Campsites are a little stacked but that’s okay for how nice it is and how close you are to the trailhead. Bathrooms are nice and well maintained.
Side note: absolutely no service for AT&T
We went with a few families and had a nice time. It is very basic and that worked for us.
We were just there for the weekend to sit around the fire and catch up with friends.
They had the bounce pillow and a small pool. It could benefit from some sprucing up. If I was passing through the area…

Stayed here one night ($60 per night). Sites are HUGE and each one has full hook up. They have the trendy teepee rentals and clamping tents.
They also have stationary RVs on site that you can stay in, those are about $120 per night.
Good location and easy to get to from the PA turnpike NE…

I stayed at the Beechwood location at the Promised Land state park and despite the constant rain, it was quiet and peaceful. You could only ever hear the wildlife . The RV pads were spaced put perfectly and we all had our own picnic table and fire pit. 10/10 would visit again.
Sites are extremely difficult to get here, with less than half being able to be booked online. No pull through sites and no sites with full hookups. More than half don’t even have electric. Most can only accommodate small rigs.
Facilities need a major upgrade, and hikes are very crowded on the…

We enjoyed staying at Keen lake resort. Loved the lake and glamping.

I only stayed for a night, but had a wonderful visit! The campsites were great, somewhat close to others but that was fine. Bathrooms were okay and dumpsters were a bit far, but you can drive to them rather quickly. Note that alcohol is not permitted and quiet hours start at 9pm. We also did not…
Beautiful and lots of great hiking trails!
Spent 5 days at Promised Land- we were in the Lower Lake section and had a loop and bathhouse to ourselves once the weekend was over! The camp hosts were friendly. Lots of trails to go on. Swimming at the beach. Kayak rentals. Eagle watching. Blueberry picking! Totally recommend.

My Family have been going here annually for over 40 years, multiple trips throughout the year as well.
We've camped here about 5 times this year, and every time we had a blast. The cam sites are very clean, the facilities are as well, and we've met a bunch of very nice people here. Lot of things to do around, from enjoying a day at the lake beach, to hiking on one of numerous hike ng trails, to…
