Description
Nestled on 4.56 wooded acres, this 100-square-foot A-frame is a private glamping retreat with pond views, WiFi, heat and air conditioning. The tiny 10-by-10 cabin has one queen bed, a mini fridge, soft lighting and a projector. Outside, enjoy a private hot tub, fire pit, hammocks, paddle boat, fishing and designated pond-side spaces.
A separate outdoor bathroom building has a composting toilet and walk-in shower. This is a rustic nature stay—not a full-size home or hotel. Expect a compact interior, uneven terrain, wildlife, insects and weather exposure. A residential house is nearby on the same acreage, while the cabin area remains private for guests.
Guests may use the cabin, hot tub, pond area, paddle boat, fire pit, parking area and designated outdoor spaces. Dogs are welcome but may not be on the bed. No smoking inside, and please observe quiet hours and all safety instructions.

Directions
From the nearest major road/highway: 1. Take the exit onto Huckleberry Road for easy access and convenience. 2. Follow Huckleberry Road for until you reach the intersection of Huckleberry Road and Huntington Drive. Look for signs indicating “French Manor” at the entrance. 3. Turn onto Huntington Drive (onto the French Manor signs) and continue for about 700 ft. 4. Look for black open gates on the left with a "Private Property" sign. Enter through these gates onto the dirt road. 5. Once through the gates, you'll see our A-frame cabin on the left. 6. Park your vehicle next to the pink shed and walk about 50 ft to reach the A-frame cabin. Please note: Look for the black open gates with the "Private Property" sign after turning onto Huntington Drive from Huckleberry Road. Our A-frame cabin will be on the left side of the dirt road beyond these gates. Park next to the pink shed and walk a short distance to reach the cabin. We recommend following these directions for the most direct route to our cabin. Using the exit on Huckleberry Road ensures a smoother and more convenient route. Alternative exits may lead to a longer drive on a dirt road.
