Serene

Stayed on a lot right off the river with a steep little foot path to the rivers edge. Very beautiful and serene to see and listen to but the trade off is NO cell service what so ever.

Beautiful, clean and quiet

Very nice campground close to the coast. Sits on a cliff, so it’s a bit of a walk down the main road, down/up a hill. Worth it! Sound of the ocean is magical. Spots are close but trees provide privacy. Very dog-friendly place. Our spot has a lot of room for outside seating and cooking.

Clean and Green

We were able to make a reservation the night of which is nice.

The areas were all very well kept. The walking trails were a beautiful hike in the morning.

Bathrooms had running water and were very clean.

Would definitely recommend and camp here again.

Nice spot near the beach

Flat paved sites. Can get crowded during peak season as sites are fairly close to each other. Convenience store and Walmart nearby.

A wooded Oregon Coast state park by the Pacific Ocean

During a beautiful sunny April weekend along the Oregon Coast, campsites are difficult to find. We had to break our no reservations rule to snag the last campsite within the state park system along the Oregon Coast.

It was nice, though, to have a nice site reserved for us but we just don’t like…

Beautiful county park with awesome hosts

We just had to escape the crazy busy Oregon Coast so we drove inland to this county park along the North Fork of the Coquille River. There are modern flush toilets and vault toilets. Our campsite was between two waterfalls including Laverne Falls. We had a view of the smaller one from our creek…

Beautiful ocean view

Most sites are paved and flat. Has a fire pit and picnic table. Full hookups. I can see this place being very busy in peak season.

Great campground for dune access

Camped here in August 2020. Right at the edge of the dunes. They really pack the campers in tight here so if you like extra space this isn’t for you. Also there are people riding just behind the camp late into the night so may be hard to sleep for light sleepers.

Great place to camp

Great amenities nice clean bathrooms and showers. 3 minute walk to a huge beach. The roar of waves was great to sleep to. Also has crab pots you can borrow and a place to clean and cook the crabs.

Busy but Quiet

We showed up on a Friday late morning and were able to snag the last available spot.  This place gets busy on weekends, while maintaining a mellow and quiet vibe.  We enjoyed our stay here, even though we had to move on the next day because there were no available sites for Saturday.  If you don't…

Cozy Campground

Great campground close to Oregon Dunes with trails and close to Eel Lake. All of the camp hosts were so hospitable! Firewood bundles only $5 (cheapest I’ve seen in a long time) Clean restrooms and showers. The spots are small but the trees and vegetation give you lots of privacy.

Disgusting

Awful place. When we asked for a refund we couldn’t get it. Terrible customer service.

Awful

This campsite is not at all ocean side. If you want cramped rv camping with zero tree coverage this is what you’ll get. Tent sites look nice but this is very much city camping.
