Easy in and out campground

Well-maintained campground with basic amenities. Newer electrical and water hookups (30&50amp) with each site. Small playground. Easy to get on and off Hwy 169 for close-by attractions.

Great secluded spot

Lots of sites all separated by trees. Has a awesome family owned drive thru fast food shop at the entrance. The river is perfect for paddle boarding.

Perfect place Found a great site

For free the area is awesome right by the river. We found a site tucked away from people which is what we like. We set up hammocks right next to the river. The hike from parking is not bad at all about a 10 minute walk from parking to the farthest site.

Nice campground with recreational activities

I enjoyed the recreational activities at this campground. There is a great beach area with swimming and opportunities for boating. There is also a great playground area, a walking and biking trail and plenty of open space areas to enjoy. It was nice to have electrical at the campsite though I would…

Smaller sites but nice and woodsy

This campground's sites and roads seem a little smaller/tighter but plenty of room for smaller rigs to maneuver.

The outer loop is non-electric and more "in the woods" than the center, which also helps provide a bit more privacy. The sites are still close together but we didn't have much noise…

Great family friendly place !

This site is a gem! Close to the Twin Cities yet out in the country. Mostly grass sites. Beautiful pool. Susan and Brad are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. We took our grandkids and they had a blast!

Country and City

Nice campground that is close to the city. One area has sites closer together and another area more spaced out and wooded. Nice facilities.

In-City Surprise

What a wonderful park for being surrounded by the cities! We had previously come for walking and kayaking, but this was our first overnight here. The site and restroom/shower are well kept and there are enough trees/plants between the (tent) sites to make it feel private. It's always fun seeing…

Super nice people, cool pool setup, trolly to get you around. Quiet at night too!

Decent

It’s a nice park but very close compact. Everyone is squeezed in like sardines. Very tight quarters on roads and sites. There is a game room and a small pool. Only a little space for one vehicle but overflow parking isn’t terrible if you’re close to office. Bath house wasn’t bad, small but not bad.…
