This campsite is situated on a ridge that overlooks the Merrimack River, and is covered by bending silver maple trees. A perfect getaway for campers looking to explore the outdoors. Just a stone's throw away from the river. Spend your days swimming in or fishing for smallmouth bass! 

You will enjoy your privacy at this campsite but are just a quick 10 minutes to the town of Nashua for those of you looking for local eateries and shops. There are also many parks and hiking trails nearby like Wildcat Falls Conservation Area, Mine Falls Park, and Benson's Park!

Please Note: The Wood Stove was not installed this year. Remember to pack extra blankets for colder nights!

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs.

* A well-designed, water and fire-proofed 4 season canvas tent. So even on rainy days, you will be kept warm and dry, listening to the sound of the rain. The windows and front and back doors unzip to screened windows and doors to help you fight off any potential mosquitoes while also allowing a warm summer breeze to flow through.
* A deck with comfortable Adirondack chairs.
* A queen-size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress, super soft sheets, cushy pillows, a soft, warm duvet cover, and a blanket. A rug is underneath to keep those bare feet warm!
* A wood stove in the winter season and a gas heater in the in-between seasons to light on cool mornings, a fire pit to light on beautiful evenings, and plenty of dry firewood to purchase from us for both.

Come relax and recharge at Wally Meadows at Purgatory Falls campsite. The site is nestled in amongst the woods to give you a nice sense of privacy away from the everyday. Our site includes a bunkbed, sunshower, loo, picnic table, chairs, and more!

The campsite is located near tons of hiking trails and preserves, including Purgatory Falls trailhead. Just less than 20 minutes away from the campsite is Wapack National Wildlife Refuge, Greenfield State Park, Miller State Park.

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with farmers, ranchers, and other property owners to offer unique outdoor accommodations on beautiful private land. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.

Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided (you___re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property. 

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper___s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Occupancy: Max occupancy refers to the total number of campers allowed at the site during your reservation. We welcome campers with larger parties, but you may need to bring extra camping gear of your own in addition to the tent that is already provided. Please plan accordingly.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. Line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag supplied at the camp (or another appropriate plastic bag) prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. We got this idea from bathrooms used on NASA spaceships, and we've used the Tentrr Loo countless times ourselves- don't worry!

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Other Things to Note:
Keep the site clean and make sure to pick up your trash. Other than that come enjoy this beautiful site!

As always we are excited and can't wait to share our place with you! We are a small farmette with chickens, ducks, goats, fruits, veggies, and Irish Wolfhounds. We always wash all blankets and all other linens between guest. We are former city people who feel more than lucky to have greenspace to share! Come stay in our tiny rustic A frame cabin built of mostly reclaimed materials. Enjoy being across the stream and over the bridge from the main house on a private peninsula. Enjoy the privacy of a "single site" camp! Use the fire pit, weber grill, outdoor wood stove, single burner butane stove or umm the bathroom :) without having to leave your site! Please be aware we are in town and you may hear road noise, lawn mowers, dogs, ect. You may also see and hear wildlife ex; deer, beavers, muskrats, rabbits, foxes, and coyotes. We encourage native plants and work to provide a sanctuary for many threatened bird species.

The cabin is 80sq. feet with sloping interior walls and with a screened side wall. There is no running water or electricity so unplug and unwind. There is a place to plug in and the water spigot a short stroll from your cabin. The cabin has a a full size futon with sheets, blankets, throws and pillows. Lanterns, cooking utensils, camp mugs, percolating coffee pot and popcorn popper are provided. Please request the cast iron skillet and butane burner, it will not be in the cabin if you do not ask for it. Outside is a deck, tiki torches and bistro table. There is a hammock, picnic table, and 2 camp chairs at your site. If you forget something you are a short walk to Cumbies, and several farms, bakeries and a large grocer are a very short drive away. Venture farther (10 minutes) to one of the nearby hiking trails. We are within 15 minutes of the Blackstone Gorge, Southern New England Trunkline Trail, Cornier Woods, Franklin State Forest, Wojcik Farm, Cook's Valley Farm, the New England Bonsai Museum, Diamond Hill Vineyards, Caroline's Cannabis, Shire Conservation Area, New England Country Club, and many stables. The Commuter Rail to Boston, Wrentham Premium Outlets, and a Drive-in Theater are within 30 minutes. Use us as a base to explore Blackstone Valley, Boston and Worcester!! Spacious Skies Minute Man Campground is a peaceful campground located in a piney forest grove in historic Littleton, Massachusetts, set between two National Historic Parks and famed Walden Pond, and just a short drive or ride on public transit into Boston.

We offer both wooded and open sites that can accommodate most rigs. Each site includes a picnic table, fire ring, water, 20/30 or 50-amp electrical service, and many offer sewer. Groups and tent campers are welcome.

Our camp store carries many convenience items and treats, and nearby restaurants offer both takeout and delivery. We have a number of cozy rustic cabins for rent for those without their own RV or camper but who may not be ready to tent overnight!

Camp Brackett

Discover a Riverside Respite, nestled in a private wooded setting throughout 27 acres of water frontage, on lovely Powder Mill Pond and the Contoocook River in Bennington, New Hampshire, just 1.5 hours from Boston and 2.25 hrs from Hartford, in the legendary Monadnock region.   Your site sits right on the river's edge, secluded in the heart of nature's beauty.  During the warmer weather, you can swim, sun, fish, boat, bike, hike or maybe even learn to paddle board. (Boats on site, and EMS is just down the road to rent a board for the weekend or day).556  447

Your standard Tentrr site includes a Canvas Tent, Bunk with 2 Queen Beds, Camp Table Camp Benches, Adirondack Chairs,  Wood Stove, Campfire Grill, Grill Tongs & Brush, Water Carrier, Sun Shower, Trash Can, and Camp toilet.

We have provided some free extras, such as a charcoal grill, fire pit, one bundle of firewood, grill gride and rotisserie arm, camp chairs, loo privacy tent,  5 gallon water jug/pumps, and more.  You just need to supply the linens, instant coals (for safety reasons, no lighter fluid allowed), and the marshmallows! 

On site, cool off in the tire tube at the river's edge right out in front of your private site!  Or enjoy the outdoor shower and small beach area which is a short walk or bike rack away and includes a swim platform, 30 ft. "Lily Pad '', and complimentary floats. Kayaks, canoes, row boats and a paddle boats and paddle boards are at your fingertips,  all available to rent for a small fee (includes life preservers and oars) 

Complimentary bicycles, and games are available for guests to use on site as well as at the park across the street with a playground area and ball field. as well as a small local store that sells bait and also offers a respectable selection of craft beers!

You can also reserve a private hot tub for a small fee as well. Don't forget to bring your bathrobe and crocs or flip flops. 

For your  convenience complimentary electrical outlets, and power packs, additional firewood, etc. (minimal fee may apply). 

If you are traveling with a pet, we do have a small pet fee and pet policy which we will send to you after you book.  There is a small fee for additional supplies if traveling with additional people.  If you have a larger group, you may want to reserve a dome tent and/or see our other listings for more places available to book, including10 additional and unique accommodations on the property.

Interaction with Guests:
In the age of social distancing, isolated time can still be quality time - especially when you___re unplugged and out in nature - and we want you to know that the Tentrr team and our hosts are working together to make sure you have a safe and relaxing experience. Our hosts have been doing a great job ensuring our campsites are clean and spotless for your arrival. We ask that you do your part as well - maintain social distancing, clean up after yourselves, and leave no trace - so that everyone in our camping communities can enjoy these cherished outdoor spaces. 

To limit the potential impact of community spread during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are encouraging our campers and hosts to adopt self-check in procedures whenever possible. To make self check-in easy, Tentrr provides a map to your site and driving directions in an email sent out a few days before your reservation. Please refer to this guide to get to your campsite. As a reminder, it is good practice to give your host a head's up on your estimated arrival time a few days beforehand. If you need any assistance, you can reach out to your host through the contact information provided in your confirmation email.

Other Things to Note:
Do hike the trails throughout the 27 acre property and bring a compass. Do explore the pond and the river, and if you choose to rent a kayak, canoe, or paddle boat etc. for a minimal fee, please be aware of the safety guidelines that are part of the rental agreement, wear a life preserver and remain mindful of the small dam/waterfall down the river. 

Do enjoy the sounds of nature, and the waterfall but in the evening, please keep noise at this pastoral setting to a minimum. 

The land is sprayed for mosquitoes etc. and also has electric bug traps, but Do bring bug spray as well. 

Do watch out for poison ivy and bring calamine lotion, just in case! Do keep all food in animal safe containers

Do abide by laws pertaining to legal alcohol and drug usage, and act responsibly.

Do leave firearms at home.
