Beautiful Lake view. Site is well maintained with full facilities. Highly recommend.
This is our second trip here. We have thoroughly enjoyed both trips. It is quiet and clean. The vast majority of people here are friendly and respectful. We have only stayed in the sites with hookups. There seems to be a bit more noise and hustle n bustle in the tent only areas.
There is good…
Recommend site 26! Beautiful, quiet, and a nice view of the lake.
This campground has clean bathrooms and good spaces with great distance between sites. Nice facilities. Beautiful drive to get to it. Reservation is a must and it's well worth it. Pay shower though, but the water got very hot (on a cold night it was perfection)
Disappointed with the misinformation provided during booking. Was told ground at campsite was dirt, but was actually gravel. Bath and shower facilities are old and not as described in other reviews. Friendly staff but that wont get me to visit again.
Exactly as advertised. The KOA provides an excellent family experience especially during October. You can participate in the Fall Festival activities while enjoying a hot meal from the Sand Castle Cafe. The amazing staff there goes out of their way to make sure you and your family are well taken…
I love that for my first time using my RV they had hook ups that Included electricity, water, and sewer. Nice Camp area. I enjoyed it for just being a weekend get away. Sadly they are very serious about keeping the noise down after 8pm, so we had to bring the music to a very low volume, which my…
It was easy checkin, and easy set up. Cool breeze, and tall trees. Clean flat sights. Fun for kids an family with lots to do. Great pool, restrooms, and more. I'll stay here again.
This place is a hidden gem. Quiet and beautiful setting. Sometimes kids and families get loud but over a nice spot to be. They are very serious about their rules here. Quiet time strictly enforced at 10pm and no fires after 11pm.
We stayed in spot 34 close to bathrooms, has partial shade, picnic…

The hiking trails are nice and the staff that work at the campground are friendly. The facilities for showers and restrooms are clean and well maintained. The main drawback is there is no privacy whatsoever at the sites. The camp sites are right next to each other and all in the open. No trees, no…

Sites are large, restrooms and showers are clean. There is no shade and mosquitos were a problem. It's super quiet there is nothing around you just crickets and other campers.
This is our second long term stay at Lake Jennings and it is our favorite campground! It’s beautiful and quiet!
Stayed in space 10, a partial hookup with a view of the lake. They have full and partial hook up spaces and "primitive" tent only sites.
Partial hook up had water in camp and an electrical box with 2 kinds of shore power and a 2- 110 outlets for $29.
Ranger was nice, bathroom was clean, neighbors…
The camping sites are nice and spacious with plenty of area between sites. Lots of pretty views anywhere you camp and lots of shade and brush. Check out a trail while at the campground. Feels so secluded with the views of the surrounding hills.

Nice family resort with lots of amenities, shady campsites with trees, and a nice pool. This particular area of San Diego isn't my favorite, but it does the trick as a base for touring the area. It's about 20 minutes from Sea World, 15 minutes to Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo, and 20 minutes to…
