So beautiful, quiet, and very nice employees !!

My fiancé and I were last minute camping and this campground was beautiful, quiet, and very aesthetic! There is a lot to do near by, a very convenient store about 5-10 minutes away called valley center foods! Employees were sooo sweet and friendly! DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Ps isn’t that expensive when tent camping ⛺️ 🙌🏻

Quiet get away

This was a great quick get away for my family and I. The kids all love fishing at the pond on site. Plenty of space between campgrounds. No issues with hook-ups or amenities. Pool was still closed due to COVID restrictions but looked clean. Paid about $95 for a 2 night stay.

Was a little confusing how to get to dump site, and is a little tight of a turn around for it.

All and all, would stay again and definitely recommend for others.

THE BEST!

My family owns a 1987 VW Vanagon Westfalia since 2020 and use The Dyrt to find hidden gems near our home for weekend camping.

Woods Valley came up and there wasn’t much in reviews or pictures but enough to give it a go.

We stayed for two nights at site 30 with partial hookups. We loved the site and the campground. It is a HUGE property buried in forest with tons of sites and plenty to do.

The grounds were well kept. Staff was sweet and the amenities were great.

We fished in the pond, took walks, pet the cow, swam in the pool and used the store for last minute items.

We will most definitely go back.

Forrest camping

I love love love this campsite. It’s so beautiful to be covered completely by the trees! It makes me feel like I’m in an actual Forrest and not the middle of San Diego

Great Weekend Spit

Just spent an enjoyable weekend at Woods Valley. Was great as offseason had the place almost empty. Original reserved two sites and upon arrival realized these two would not work. Office staff was great and worked with us to provide several options. Ended up in sites 34 and 35. Will go back for short weekend getaways.

Valley Center, CA

Crowded and loud campground. Campsites too close together. Couldn’t sleep because of the sound of a man 3 tents away snoring. Clean showers and bathrooms. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to camp, this is not it but seemed great for people with kids. Campsite-CC4
