Sad, not well maintained and felt unsafe

So this park has 3 “areas”, we got stuck in the area on the far right and it was so disappointing it was very rundown and had weeds and holes in the site. The fire pit is just a small hole in the dirt. That’s it.

It felt like there may be permanent people living in this loop, when my son went to…

Best Views!

Oh my goodness! The views from our campsite are better than any we saw in the park itself! Very quiet and not too crowded! Arrived on a Wednesday and had our choice of 3 sites. By Saturday morning all the sites were full. You can stay 5 nights. Portapotties available and are serviced by the same…

Great views IF you’re lucky.

You will find yourself traversing up a gravel hill, slowly passing campsites as you go up. I would say there are probably 6 with a decent view of the Tetons and 3 of those have a great view! A few more have a great view of the other mountain ranges like ours, #6. It’s complete luck of the draw with…

Almost to many people

I remember camping at warm river with my dad when I was a kid and I remember how you could almost always just drive up and not worry about finding a spot to pitch our tent. Recently went up to show my wife this area and was disappointed about how many camping spots they have added some being only…

No longer first come. Reserve only

I don't want to parrot other's reviews, so please read them, too.

We REALLY like this campground for the following reasons: *the most amazing views *a very short distance from 2 different boat launchas we like to kayaking and paddle boarding. *most sites are pretty private as the campground is…

Slight mountain views, off of long gravel road

TThis campsite was nice. We made the mistake of choosing a campsite that wasn't super tree protected and the wind blew our tent very strongly all night. We stayed in mid-may and arrived at about 9 p.m. and there were plenty of Open Spaces. I hoped to see the sunset in the morning over the mountains…

Beautiful Campsite with Partial Views of Tetons

This campsite is easily accessible if you plan to stay in the south end of the park. It’s a short drive from both Jackson and the South Entrance. The camp itself offers all the essential amenities with beautiful vistas. I for one wish the camp wasn’t placed directly behind a hill blocking just…

Camping in Yellowstone at Bridge Bay Campround

Covid restrictions were tight in August of 2020 so not many of the Yellowstone campgrounds were open.  We were lucky to get a space that someone had cancelled on.  Don't give up until your last day to check for availability as there are always cancellations.  We arrived in the evening after…

Old, small sites and rude

Close to downtown but very expensive, grass not cut, old campground and very small sites. Rude park attendant. She locked the laundry room with clothes still in the dryers. I had to get my half dry clothes out!

Beautiful Location

We pulled in for one night of tent camping, saw the tent area and decided to rent a cabin! We felt it was a bit to far from rest of sites and were fairly new to camping in the area so we opted for the safer site. Cabin was nice, nothing fancy but came with a bed, bunk beds, a porch swing & fire…

Loved it

Loved our stay here! After a few days with no shower, etc it was so nice to stay at such an accommodating place. The grounds were clean, private showers/bathrooms to use, full hookups, hot tub, and day spa. It was so nice and we would definitely return!

Can't beat it for convenience

Well, we TRIED to stay here but it wasn't open as of May 11, 2021. We did ride through parts to check it out for the future.

Funniest thing, at the entrance are old school phone booths. With zero cell, you will be kicking it old school.

The loop we drove through was definitely not big rig…
