Campground is clean safe and quiet.
Staff is hostile and rude site is crowded and unattractive it’s expensive $40 per night. We were evicted because we have a Nature’s Head composting Toilet. They require plumbed in black water.
The staff were very polite and helpful. They deliver wood to your site. It’s a place to get away! I loved my time there.
We've stayed here twice due to its proximity to Mystic. The grounds are ok at best with most of the activities closed. Staff is very rude. A good example; "How can I get change for the laundry facilities?" to which the staff member at the front office replied "ummmm ask?". Due to its proximity to…
I rung the bell and there's no service, no phone , there's campers on the ground...... Also its like a dirt hole on the middle of the woods and the office looks like it's falling apart
We enjoyed our stay here. My parents stayed in a bunkhouse and my husband and I stayed on the adjacent site. Bunkhouse is very basic but clean. Sites are well spaced with lots of types to choose from. More wooded, close to beach, open fields.
It is off the beaten path probably quiet. They rent sites, daily, monthly and annually for anything from tents to RVs. I did read their pre registration info so I made my reservation for 3 nights out morning of the 14th. The first thing you notice coming down the road to the office are 5…
If you have kids, good place to camp. Nice tall pine trees, clean camp, friendly staff. Sites are very close together and there was a constant stream of you doing adults driving around the campground in golf carts...got to be annoying. Cell service was good.
This is a large seasonal oriented campground. The staff was not well trained and or not oriented to short term campers. There was no WiFi service as advertised and cell service was poor. Sites are close together. The whole campground was dominated by seasonal campers. There was not full service…
Immediately entering the campground a kid (maybe early 20s) greeted us at our truck and showed us where to pull over for our paperwork. He escorted us to our site and made sure we had everything we needed as we set up. Beautiful views, spacious site and lots to do. They even had free kayaks/canoes…
Cute place Only downside our site didn’t have a picnic table. Had to drag neighboring site table. Heard lots of traffic from local highway.
This is a very crowded mobile home park that has a few motorhome/RV sites. No amenities such as shower or toilets. They do accept and honor Good Sam and Military for a 10% discount.
Convenient to Cliff Walk, Historic Newport, US Navy Base.

Didn't expect not to have bathrooms, just porta pots. Enjoyed the hiking around lake Washington!

Myles Standish has a little bit of everything: hikes, swimming and easy access from Boston area. Depending on the time of year other campers can be loud. Great swimming spot for the family.

Beautiful Campground God has many trails to wake as well as a few places to swim. Great place to get away for a little while.
