      Bay View RV Resort

Great RV park in Rockport, TX

Staying at this RV park was an absolute pleasure. The large, beautifully maintained sites gave us plenty of room to spread out and truly relax. With two sparkling pools, we never felt crowded—each one offered a different atmosphere, from quiet lounging to family fun. The park is packed with activities, and there’s always something happening, whether you want to join a game, attend an event, or simply enjoy the lively atmosphere. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. Staff and guests alike were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely fun to be around. We left feeling refreshed, connected, and already planning our next stay. Highly recommended.

      Aransas Pass RV & Storage

      Very rustic

About half of the people live here long term, some very long term. There are zero restrictions on the rv. It’s a field, sandy loam covered in weeds. The spots have no gravel, concrete, firm ground, just deep ruts from previous vehicles. The dumpster is not hidden, and it’s surrounded by trash furniture and lumber on the ground around it. It’s very quiet. It’s located 1.5 miles to the ferry. There is no one on site. There is no gate or fence. But it’s tucked in the back of a neighborhood. The management company has 7 properties and can be reached at the one that’s listed in the confirmation email.

I do feel safe. The neighbors are polite. Dogs are kept on leash. Cute feral(?) neighborhood cats hang around the place. Each site does have electric, water, and sewer. The WiFi is the best! I work from home and haven’t even set up my Starlink.

      Bay View RV Resort

Perfect Family Getaway! Great Staff & Location

Our family had an amazing stay at Bay View RV Resort! The friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. We rented a clean, comfortable park model and a cottage, giving us the perfect mix of togetherness and personal space. The kids loved the large pool and the quick car ferry ride over to Port Aransas Beach. Located just a short drive from Rockport Beach, this park is a clean, affordable, and convenient coastal base. We’ll definitely be back!

      Port Aransas Permit Beach

      Beach camping at its best

We were looking for beach camping without the worry of getting stuck or having enough room for our rig (72’ RV+Stacker)This place did not disappoint . Plenty of room hard pack and Beautiful . We purchased our permit at Circle-K $12. For a yr beach permit well worth it $500. Fine without. Easy access on and off from E ave G. Enjoyed the sounds of waves, sea breeze and occasional . thunderstorms. This place gets busy with beach goers and traffic lots of golf carts that you can rent. We will definitely be back .

Gulf Waters Beach Front RV Resort

      Amazing

We only had 1 night here, but oh my goodness! If I had the bucks, I'd spend the whole winter here. The amenities are fabulous, people friendly, spots top notch, pool heated and luxurious, and in a great location.

      Mustang Island State Park Campground

      Best beach area

We stayed 2 weeks at this location. The spots are mainly in a parking lot, but well done and right by the beach that you can drive on or bike on. It was quiet and peaceful in February when we visited. The rates are great and it is close to things to do. Great ranger events to take part in. Good food at the pier (Snoopy's).

      Wilderness Oaks RV Resort

Friendly, helpful, delightful folks and lovely Park

We wanted to give a shout out, to Wilderness Oaks RV Resort in Rockport Texas. First off, the management is amazing. Courteous, informative, helpful and always bright and cheerful, makes dealing with them a enjoyable. If you have any issues such as mechanical or personal, they got your back! Their love of animals shows cuz they always have cookies for your pup no matter where in the resort they run across you! Our dog Pandy, a 170 pound Newfoundland lady, is treated like a Diva and she responds accordingly with affection to anyone in the crew to the point she drags my hubby to get to them haha. They have lots that will fit various sized RV’s including behemoths and they have storage area to park extra vehicles or trailers and it’s a reasonable monthly fee. This RV Resort is a well-established business and the maintenance crew work nonstop to keep this place tidy. You can tell its appreciated because so many snowbirds have been retuning for years, and others leave their rigs year around! They let you have porches built for your RV if you’re tired of using you’re built in stairs, you can have plants and flowers and hummingbird feeders even! The Deer walk right through the park, unafraid and we see them mornings and evenings EVERY DAY! Their laundry room is huge, and the gym is great, as well as the fabulous salt water pool! The community hall has tons of events everyday including pot lucks now and then and craft fairs as well as games of all kinds. The facilities are immaculate, showers, bathrooms everything is well presented and their cleaning crew does a excellent job. Bill the manager actually held a incredible luau this winter, cooked a whole pig for it and tons other foods were provided as well as people pot lucked it too.. it was flat out delicious!! As far as accommodations for disabilities of different flavors this place tries to meet all standards and I was in a wheel chair for the first 2 years we came and NEVER felt unable to do whatever I wished or go wherever I wanted here, the paved areas and ramps to the office are perfect. Everyone is so sweet and tries so hard to be accommodating, I feel like this is a second family now. I spent 2 weeks hospitalized with pneumonia and this place jumped in to help Randy deal with the dog so he didn’t have to worry about her, everyone offered to take turns looking after her every day while he traveled half hour twice a day and stayed for 2 or 3 hours with me at the hospital. Even the regular’s in the park offered their help! We feel blessed. Randy, Jeanne and Pandy
