GuideThis is a very small campground with a central bathroom/showers up the hill from the campsites. The lake means bugs. The bathrooms were not terrible. The showers were clean-ish.
ScoutThis is a great campground. Power was good, att service is good and the grounds are very clean. The only downside is no full hookups and the dump station is outside of the gate which they lock at 10pm and don't open again until 10am. So no getting back in while locked and you can't dump except when there are lines.

ScoutMid-size oak trees all over, starlink internet is ok, very quiet and not crowded. Our electric power was very poor, and the roads are busted up asphalt for the most part. Forget fishing unless you have a boat. We would come again
GuideWe stayed at Canton I-20 RV Park as an overnight stop while traveling between the Dallas area and Monroe, Louisiana, and it couldn't have been more convenient. If you're traveling east or west on I-20, this is one of those parks that's easy to get to without wasting time driving far off the interstate. It's also close enough to Buc-ee's in Terrell to stock up on snacks, fuel, and anything else you forgot before getting back on the road. Even though we were only there for one night, the park was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Check-in was simple, the hookups worked perfectly, and we had a peaceful night's sleep before continuing our trip. I can also see why this park is so popular during Canton's famous First Monday Trade Days. It's only a short drive to the market, and the park offers amenities that would make it a great home base for vendors and shoppers alike. Between the free laundry, swimming pool, covered patio, clean showers, and all-inclusive monthly rates, it seems like an excellent place for both a quick overnight stop and an extended stay. We'll definitely keep Canton I-20 RV Park on our list anytime we're traveling I-20 through East Texas. Whether you're crossing the state, visiting First Monday Trade Days, or just looking for a quiet place to spend the night, it's hard to beat the convenience.
ScoutI've been RVing for a lot of years, and I can honestly say Sugar Hill RV Resort is one of the nicest places my wife and I have stayed. One of my favorite things about this park is the landscaping. The grounds are beautiful, with flowering trees, flowers, bushes and grasses around the patios and walking paths that make it feel more like a retreat than an RV park. Every morning I'd grab my coffee and take a stroll just to enjoy it. We also had a great time exploring Anna. Having the Red Rooster Barn right next door was a real treat. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio for dinner more than once, and if you like barbecue, don't leave town without trying Hutchins BBQ. I don't hand out compliments easily, but that barbecue was flat-out outstanding. Kyla up front is an absolute sweetheart. She always greeted us with a smile, remembered our names, and somehow found time to visit whenever we stopped by. The owners are just as friendly. It was nice being able to sit and visit with them from time to time—you can tell they truly care about the folks staying here. The whole place is quiet, clean, and very well maintained. It's the kind of park where people wave as they drive by, neighbors visit, and you feel comfortable from the day you arrive. We've already told several of our RV friends about Sugar Hill, and I have a feeling we'll be making our way back before too long.
