LegendLocated in Las Cruces New Mexico, Hacienda RV resort is conveniently situated right off of interstate 10. Their main office is closed currently due to COVID precautions, but they are still very accommodating. The sites are small, but have everything you need with level concrete pads and full hook ups. They have a large laundry room. Make sure you use the ones closest to the door (on the right) because they are newer and don’t leave your clothes soaking wet. The dog park is large and has several entrances- it also provides waste bags and a garbage can, which is a plus. The bathrooms are private and include a toilet and shower- clean!!

Some sites back up to the view and they also behave a path and pier pit with a view. Looks like they are making improvements to the park.
GuideWe arrived after dark to the Las Cruces KOA. The park was about 1/2 full and the sites were spacious, clean and had both gravel and cement area for parking. The skies at night were clear and the location of the camp, set on a hilltop, was perfect for seeing stars and the distant city lights. During the daytime, the park has beautiful views of the mountains nearby. Some of the sites are considered premium and they had the best mountain views and a patio area and outdoor fitpit.
The dog run area was exceptionally clean, nice and spacious for our two dog. The dog area has a patch of grass in the middle and then surrounded by decompressed granite. I preferred this to the dog parks that are all grass. It was very clean and had climbing structures for the pups. The restroom near the dog park was sparkling clean with marble floors. I popped into the gift shop/welcome desk and there were a lot of items for sale, crafts, food items, etc. I can see spending a longer visit here and exploring the town of Las Cruces and the nearby Medilla area wineries. The location is convenient if you are traveling on I-10 and feels very safe and secure.

GuideThis is a very clean and organized KOA. One of the best I’ve stayed at. Nice showers and dog park. Located up on the hill so you have nice views.
LegendThis is a small RV park just west of ElPaso. It’s older and could use some maintenance. Sites are level, but very close to. Lots of dust. (This is the desert , so maybe expected) 30/50 amp, water & sewer. Free WiFi and Cable TV No dog park. No pool There is a convenience store and grocery store.
GuideWe checked out the website prior to booking and were planning on staying for a full week, which luckily didn’t pan out. When we checked in we were told we could only stay a night, despite having made a week-long reservation. Understandable given the circumstances, but it would’ve been prudent to inform of that fact on the website. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a number to another rv park in the proximity, which was sweet of her. The park seems to have good amenities, and there is a little dog park at the end of the lot and a pool by the office, but it is right next to a truck storage facility and right by the I10, so it isn’t the most tranquil. The website is slightly misleading, and I don’t think I would stay here more than a night or two.
LegendThis 55+ park is in town so close to shopping. Good view of Organ Mountains. Park is clean and well maintained. Residents and staff were friendly. Being in town there is some road noise and also noise from neighboring business near the loading docks. Rates were$55/night. All sites are gravel with full hook ups with some pull thru. Even though this is 55+ children and grandchildren are welcome.

LegendSpent one night at Las Cruces KOA. This place is on the side of a mountain, but they did a good job of leveling spaces. Like most KOAs, this place loves gravel, and placing sites close together. But, the shower house was clean and there was plenty of hot water. They had a nice dog park for exercising our travel companions. The office guy was very friendly and helpful with directions.
