Siesta RV Park

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Reservations are available at Siesta RV Park, a full-hookup RV park in Las Cruces running $32 to $34 per night, with sites accommodating rigs up to 53 feet. The park sits close to Hacienda RV Resort and within a cluster of campgrounds serving travelers moving through the I-10 corridor between Las Cruces and El Paso. Electric, water, and sewer hookups are standard, and the park also provides WiFi, showers, bathrooms, and a convenience store on the premises.

Sites are gravel, level, and close together. Several reviewers flag the tight spacing as a notable characteristic, and the mix of overnight travelers and long-term residents gives the park a lived-in feel. Shade is limited, which is typical for this stretch of the Chihuahuan Desert. Water pressure runs high, so campers with pressure-sensitive systems should bring a regulator. Verizon users report full bars, though data speeds can lag despite the signal strength.

Matt F. notes the park is "quiet and friendly" despite the full-timer population, and the WiFi has drawn favorable comparisons to other chain RV parks in the region. The park is older and shows some wear, but core infrastructure holds up. It functions well as an overnight stop or a base for exploring campgrounds around Mesilla and the surrounding area. Campers who need a reliable, no-frills hookup site in Las Cruces will find this one worth the stop.

Many campers appreciated the full hookups and friendly staff, though noted very tight site spacing. Facilities like restrooms and WiFi received positive feedback, while dust and close quarters were common concerns.

Quiet

Surprisingly this park with several full-timers living here, is quiet and friendly. Our site, #27, is barely long enough for our 38' 5th wheel. Power is good, water is good and sewer hookup was good. Site with is about normal. Picnic table on site.

This is a small RV park just west of ElPaso. It’s older and could use some maintenance. Sites are level, but very close to. Lots of dust. (This is the desert , so maybe expected) 30/50 amp, water & sewer. Free WiFi and Cable TV No dog park. No pool There is a convenience store and grocery store.

It’s alright

We needed a place to stay for the night on Dec.31. We called many places but it was all booked due to 25% capacity limit from Covid. This place had 1 spot available and the staff was very friendly.

Nothing really special about the site. RVs are very close together. Seems like there are quite a few long term RVers around. We had few people come up to us and wanting to chat. Had one elderly gentleman knock on our door to chat.

Water pressure was a bit high but with a regulator it was fine.

Wifi was decent! Faster than average KOA. Verizon had full bars but was still a little slow for some reason.
