About
Sombra Antigua is on the site of one of the first vineyards established in New Mexico after the end of prohibition. Nestled in the Mesilla valley among the Rio Grande pecan orchards. Established in 2012 we have a tasting room with beer and wine and a small kitchen on weekends when we also have live music on our outside patio.

Was able to fill up her with fresh water. That and the bath/shower got us through two days here. Good wine, too.

Arrived tired and looking forward to relaxing. You can only book one of 3 sites online at hipcamp.com. All 3 sites booked. Was heading to Walmart when I found another winery who let me stay for free. LaVina Winery near El Paso.
GuideGreat Place to Camp - Super Fun!
I stayed at this campsite over the weekend and it was great. The facilities are clean with a full bathroom and shower. There is also a fire pit and firewood available if requested. The atmosphere is fun with the winery nearby that plays live music on weekends.
