Pats Bluff is a 15 site campground located on the southern shoreline of Sardis Lake. Conveniently located near I-55, Sardis Lake consistently ranks as one of the top crappie fishing location in the country. Ez Daze RV Park, Southaven, MS - We stayed one night in November. Easy pull through, level concrete site so we didn’t have to unhitch, very clean bathrooms and showers. They have two regular shower stalls which are extremely shallow and one ADA stall with pull down bench. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff because as soon as I walked in, about 4p, I was directed to find my site information outside in the after hours arrival box. Great if you’re looking for contactless registration or do in fact arrive after hours. There was debris in our space that must have been left by the previous camper and we had to get out and clear it before we could pull into the site. Appeared to be large broken pieces of a heavy plastic bumper. (Reason for 4 stars instead of 5) Strong wifi, cable reception wasn’t great. Code to the bathrooms, which is appreciated especially as the park is located in a business area and backs up to a residential neighborhood. Asphalt in front of office in extremely bad condition so be careful as you drive through. Nice office. They have plenty of long termers and there are two large receptacles outside the front office for package delivery. The park is easy access from I-55 and sits next to several RV dealers. Great place to stay if you want to have a look at some new trailers or motor homes. Also, a Tanger Outlet is just down the road. Full hook up, 50 amp site was $70, 63.00 with our Good Sam card which we think was a bit pricey. Oddly, there was only one trash receptacle in the entire park.

Reserved for 3 nights and we ended up staying 7 and we don’t even gamble, but after traveling for a couple months it was nice to relax for a bit without braking the bank. RV park is nice and clean, someone goes around picking up your trash just needs to be placed in front of trailer. Beautiful sunset views. The casino has some cool movie memorabilia displayed. Indoor pool is nice but not heated. We did drive to Memphis a few times, about a 50min easy drive. They take Good Sam but for some reason only $1 off p/night instead of the usual 10% off.

This might be one of my favorite places to camp on Enid lake. It is a favorite for many locals and more off the beaten track. Has showers bathrooms playground boat ramp and beach for the campers and picnickers that come to the lake. RV spots with or without full hookup. Reservations available online

Very nice nice level concrete sites with plenty of parking space for coach & toad. Camp amonst the tall pines with a view of the lake from most every site. Good ATT & Verizon cell service. Did not try OTA TV. Shower house was very clean with plenty for hot water that was controlable. Park was so clean the roads were blown clean of leaves & pine needles twice a day by worker on a driven power blower. Every site was full hook up. $12 a day with geezer pass. This wasn't our first time & hopefully not our last. Just off 55. Only falut might be, the dumpsters are at the entrance of the park. None in/near the campground.

This is a RV park. Small sites. 15, 30, and 50 amp hookups. Has water and sewer. Sites do not look to be level but are surprisingly, really-really level. Propane available for purchase. Sites maybe 1000 ft from highway. Majority of sites filled with long-timers who use as their homefront. Left over sites filled and emptied quickly for game at UM. This place is fine for a quick in and out, it is not designed for a "camping experience."

RangerWhat a great park. Or should I say another great COE park. This is the cleanest park we've seen. Very big rig friendly with large concrete pads with a little extra room for a boat or toad. Great vieas of the lake, which is said to be one of the best crappie lakes in the United States.$20.00 a night for full hook up and the geezer card bring it to$10.00. Can't beat that! Both ATT& Verizon came in strong. Did not try OTA TV. Shower facilities were also great with plenty of hot water and very clean facilities. Although you can hear Hwy 55 on a clear, calm night the route to the park isa bit tricky, as a bridge is out. But should be completed by this spring, I was told. Will definitely return. But keep in mind, we stayed a couple of days and left before the weekend. A quick walk around the park showed almost every site was reserved for the weekend starting Thursday. A popular park and worth it.
ScoutLooked to be a nice fun place at one time but this whole area has found hard times and doesn’t look like it’s going to last long. Everything here is closed or barely surviving. Rv park is well maintained but empty. Sad to see a community go from poor to thriving and then have to abandon all that’s here.
GuideDecided to find a close, full hookup campground to do a shakedown trip on our new rig. Wanted a water vies, so we decided to try this place out. Spaces are all extremely level, some longer than others. Picnic area and fire pits are all kind of randomly placed. Some are in a good spot on the camp side of the trailer, but a few are on the complete wrong side of the camper. Recently updated to full hookup sites for all sites. They are nice connections as well. They were installing a new lift station to keep up with the demand after heavy spring rains proved to be too much for the last one.
Bathrooms are older but clean.
Only real complaint is that after heavy rains, there is standing water everywhere. Some sites are almost unusable with a mote all the way around you.
All in all, it’s a great place to get away… especially for full hookups at Corps prices.

I have stayed at this campground twice. The first time (2022) was a rainy day and I didn't feel like setting up a tent in my reserved space, so I upgraded to one of the very nice, and at the time quite new cabins for about $75 total. I loved the winding drive down to Helena-West Helena. It was beautiful, the rain was not too bad. The cabin was wonderful. I had such a happy experience that time, I returned to car camp last year (2023) on my way west. I did not bother setting up a tent, but rented an RV space. It was fine. . . lots of mosquitos in the evening (mid-September) and a construction crew was renting out an RV spot across from me. There were no other campers, but I felt safe. The bathrooms (unisex) were not nearly as clean as the first visit, but were ok. The guys across the way were quiet and respectful. The whole thing was ok. . . but I did have the thought expressed in another comment that there is just too much concrete and asphalt in this place. Maybe they are concerned about keeping the jungle at bay, so they paved it . . . but consequently it feels like a parking lot with a beautiful periphery. Is also was pretty expensive for what I needed ($42), since I sleep on a cot in my SUV and don't need electricity, water, dumping, etc. But that is my fault for not asking for a tent site.
I decided to head there at the last minute, and called the office right before closing to rent via telephone (should have asked for a tent site, cheaper). I did not have to make the 14 mile drive to Marianna to check in.
The crew staying in the RV across the way, left vert early in the morning. It was cool and shady in my spot, so I moved my vehicle to sunny spot (tent area!) and had a nice leisurely breakfast before heading out. It was mid-week, and nobody else was there. A ranger (?) drove through pretty early (before I moved my car) and said hi. She knew i had rented a spot. Very friendly, just as the folks in Marianna had been when I went there in 2022.
All in all it is a good spot. Quiet and safe.

This is a very popular camping area with very good fishing it is fairly well maintained with showers and bathrooms hookups for RVs tents etc mostly quiet and reservations can be made online. Close by many other camping areas on Enid lake, a general store, the hatchery, floating dock, fishing Pier on the channel, playgrounds, Beach, basketball, and corps of engineer field office.

LegendThis is another great Corps of Engineers parks where you find really nice campsites set on great waterfront setting. The campground sits on Enid Lake which is recognized as one of “One of America’s Top 10 Fishing Spots.” And since the park is just shy of 100 sites you don’t feel like it is not too big. Plan on staying here for a couple of days and relaxing in the outdoors. Stock up on supplies because there is not much around. Sites are really nice and spacious with paved driveways and patios.
They just added sewer with makes a full hookup at $20/night a total bargain. Each site has a fire pit, picnic table, bbq grill, small concrete stand next to bbq, and lantern crook. The bathhouse was modern with flush toilets with clean showers. Not all sites are level in fact we had to pass up a couple because of that reason. If you come in the off-season, there are plenty of sites not reserved so you can drive around and pick on using the self-pay system. Some sites have amazing water views if you are able to snag one of those you are in for a great stay. The campground is pretty hilly but the roads were easy enough for us to navigate in our 45’ RV and tow car .
The lake is very popular for fishing and there is a boat launch/fish cleaning station. We didn’t have fishing licenses but loved paddling around the lake. The North Mississippi Fish Hatchery(by the Enid Dam) is a fun place to visit and tour for very small fee. If you go into the town of Pope, the restaurant "The Place" offers good food set in a refurbishing an historic building.

TravelerNew to fulltime rv life we chose to spend a week at this quiet off the beaten path campground on our way west . This place offers nice concrete pads with full hookups that are relatively level. Water level in Enid Lake was very low so the swimming beach was closed. That was kind of a bummer because Temps were in the 80's. Our Verizon signal was strong enough to browse and stream with no issues but the over the air TV channels were non existent. The nearest town of any size is Batesville about 30 miles north if you need a Walmart. The price is right at 20 bucks a night and we don't regret stopping over here one bit.
GuideFor a quick (and cheap!) weekend getaway it's hard to beat. The grass is well manicured. The sites are nice and level with full hookups. You get access to the indoor pool in the hotel.
The problem? Outside of gambling there's not a lot to do unless you want to go for a drive. We drove over to Helena/West Helena (neat bridge!) and visited the Delta Cultural Center.

We have stayed here many times on our way south in January and found it great Recently they installed sewer for full hookup in all sites This year we ended up staying for 6 weeks in the area on ACE campgrounds and 14 days here and we liked this best .

They have large flat sites. Some with full hookup some just P/W. Reserve on line. We were there in Feb not busy at all. COE was responsive to bathroom cleaning issue. Host was very friendly. Camp ground is very clean but went for a hike along the shore and the trash was off the chart!!!
GuideStopover in January. Left one day early because of imminent weather on our route home. Otherwise would have stayed longer. Beautiful trees, lake, and drive. Enid Lake is big with lots of walkable shoreline. Bathhouse extra large and clean. It even smelled good if you can believe that. Large sites with elbow room. Our site 27 had great views with full Hookups. Site 30 would be optimal site with view and pull through.
