Great spot!

I stayed in space 90 and it was a perfect distance from the bathroom and front gate. The campground is a pleasant stroll to downtown PTown. If you don’t feel like holding it there are plenty of bike rentals in town too.

Can’t wait to come back

Awesome campground. A ten minute walk into town, and the walk is lovely with gorgeous gardens along the way. Great shower - nothing fancy, but good water pressure and warm. Helpful staff and beautiful sites.

Nice, Quiet

Nice location, convenient and full hook ups. Only thing needed update bathrooms. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Best Location to Enjoy Ptown

I’ve stayed here many times both in tent sites and RV sites. Not a lot of amenities, you stay here for the seashore and town. But clean showers and bathrooms, decent people. Weekend warriors can be loud but hopefully you are there to enjoy yourself too.

Close to town!

The convenience factor won us over—it’s literally a 5-10 minute walk to downtown. Make sure that you’re self-contained, as the bathhouse has been locked for a couple years due to Covid-19—no showers or toilets available. Sites available have all amenities needed—power, water, sewer, cable. Mosquitos can be rough, even in September.

This place was basically in town!! It was so great to walk into town every day. It was well maintained. We’ll be back

In town location

This camp ground was in a perfect location. Walkable to town filled with lively music, restaurants and shops. Best trail around Great Island trail close by. Beaches surround you A must visit at a well kept friendly camp. Privacy was a plus in this well planned spot

Great campground!

What a lovely, clean campground! We stayed here twice on our recent New England RV road trip and would definitely recommend! Friendly staff, clean, well-maintained grounds and spaces are well kept with just enough foliage to define each site.

Well kept and quiet!

What a great campground.  Its very well run and they keep up with maintenance.  Some of the sites are really close together but this really wasn't a problem.  Everyone is nice and there are seasonals who are friendly as well.  Very convenient to all that P-Town has to offer and some amazing beaches.  WIll definitely be returning.
