Welcome to our campsite, Fern Creek at Azimuth Acres! We are a 67 acre working farm that backs up to the Liberty Reservoir where you can access miles of trails. Our property is a beautiful mix of rolling green hills and forest. There are four ponds on the property where you can watch for turtles, frogs, geese and ducks. You have access to our gorgeous swimming pond, complete with sandy beach (with wifi!), beach chairs, cabana, charcoal grill and picnic table, so bring your bathing suits in the summer months. There is an indoor bathroom (toilet only) available to use near the parking area and beach. At the campsite, you have access to a hammock, books and games, a power inverter (for charging your phones and other devices should you bring them), a battery operated fan, flashlights, first aid kit, and pop-up rain shelter should you need it. If you don't need to set up the 4-person tent, the second platform is a great space for yoga or meditation. As we are a working farm, we do live on the property (all four generations of us!), so you may see us out and about. We have pigs, chickens, bees, and three friendly barn cats. We look forward to sharing our property with you and hope you fall in love with it like we did!

The Space:
Campsite tucked away in a creek valley on a 67 acre farm with direct access to miles of trails surrounding Liberty Reservoir

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! 

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night. 

Group Camping: We welcome campers with larger parties, but the standard Tentrr setup only includes the canvas tent plus the additional pop-up dome tent. You may need and are encouraged to bring additional camping gear of your own if you plan on camping with a large party. 

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. You may have as many campers in your party up to the maximum limit that is set for the listing, but please note that the only bed provided as a standard amenity is the one set up inside the canvas tent. 

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling 
-Bedding and pillows

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property. 

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper___s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your reservation confirmation. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please reach out to Tentrr Customer Support. Your CampKeeper is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf. Other Things to Note:
Follow the Tentrr signs down our driveway to get to your parking area, and again to get to the campsite. The campsite is about a 15 minute walk from your designated parking area. There is a complimentary hand cart available to take your gear down to the site. If you have a lot of gear, or have trouble with hills (there is a large hill on the walk to the campsite) please contact Sarah (campkeeper) to coordinate getting a ride down to the site. Enjoy the beach on our swimming pond (no lifeguard on duty, free wifi!), but please note that it is not private - we often spend our down time cooling off there! Feel free to walk our trails, stroll through the fields, and say hi to our pigs and chickens. You can walk right off our property on to the many trails surrounding the Liberty Reservoir. Call us if you need anything at all, there's someone on the property 24/7. **Pets not allowed unless they are documented service animals**

Cecil County Permaculture

The property is a modest 20 acre homestead located in Damascus, MD with 12 acres of woodland and a creek! Camping here also allows you access to the farm with friendly chickens, ducks, turkeys, pigs, cows, horses, sheep, goats, giant rabbits, cats, and dogs! If you enjoy farming, gardening, pastures, trees, creeks, natural springs, cabins or just hiding out in the woods; there's a great chance you will enjoy camping at our place. Pitch your tent anywhere in the woods or in a field or stay in the cabin equipped with a wood stove. We have trails wide enough to drive down so parking and set up is easy. Both campsites and RV sites are self contained. No electric or water hook ups and no restrooms yet (coming soon); so bring a composting unit if you wish.

The Garden

Hilton is a place for kids of all ages to play and explore. Located off Hilton Avenue, this area is within walking distance for many residents in Catonsville. A popular spot for afternoon walks and morning workouts, the trails are active with local residents and visitors from far away.

You can also gain access to the Patapsco River by traveling down into the river valley along the Forest Glen Trail. This trail follows the Saw Mill Branch Stream and can connect with several trails to make for very interesting hiking adventures. The area also has a small campground with six mini-cabins and 12 basic campsites.

 Patapsco Valley State Park-Hilton Area

Walking paths leading to the scenic Conowingo Creek make this private setting located in southern Lancaster County a perfect relaxing get away. The short walk will put you on the banks of ideal fishing or a refreshing dip in the beautiful waterway. Some experts claim that plopping a chair in the middle of the creek with a good book is the only way to go! Then, after an evening by the campfire and a cozy night of sleep, a short drive gives you access to the Susquehanna River where hiking, scenic overlooks and kayaking options abound. The area is surrounded by Amish farms and loads of country charm. Got an itch for a historic city experience, Lancaster City is a 30 minute drive north where the farmers' Central Market is open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and surrounded by lots of quaint shopping. Recently added to Camp Conowingo Extras is the "Henry Hilton" which sleeps two and is an add on for larger groups or anyone who wants to take in the view, sleeping closer to the stars. Spring is in it's glorious beauty at this private, picturesque setting in southern Lancaster County, PA where you can fish in the stocked creek, go for a stroll or sit and enjoy the abundant sounds of nature.

Our goal is to provide everything you'll need to have a comfortable stay - just bring clothing and food. The bed is always clean and prepared for your arrival with linens to suit the season. We also supply plenty of dry firewood, because what would camping be without a fire! Nestled in among the habitat of a healthy deer population, please respect your shy neighbors. Parking pad is for vehicle parking, please use the available wagon located there and walk the short path back to your site. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the tent. And children should always be accompanied by an adult when playing by the creek.

Not far from the bustling Ocean City, campers can find restful fishing and swimming and beautiful ocean sunrises on Assateague Island, a 37-mile strip of sand and marsh where wild horses roam.
