This was nice because you could see the water from the site.
It was a short jaunt to toilets/showers/potable water and everything was surprisingly clean.
Nearby was a beach that was small but cute and a cool lighthouse you could go up.
There is a camp store that had all the basics and ice and…

We love going every summer with our family and friends for a lot of Waterpark fun!

I went with a friend for two nights, and we camped and had a blast. (It rained for one of the days and it was pretty thick tree cover - so it wasn't too bad.) Hiked around the lighthouse, climbed on the rocks, tried crabbing (and failed) and went kayaking around the campground in the bay.
Good fishing and nice trails Nice campsites, some big enough for trailers. Bathrooms were very clean

We stayed here for a night in transit. Beautiful campground — lots of trees, pond, kids play equipment, dog park, etc. facilities all clean and whole place is well maintained. Easy late arrival. Good location - convenient but far enough off the highway. Would stay here again.
Love the place, but their wi-fi is awful.
The G loop for tents is nice and removed from the rv area, though the sites are a little close. There are trails nearby and you can cross the bridge to the canoe/kayak rental area, or launch your own from a dock at the campsite. We had a peaceful night and a fun kayak day!
Of note, there were a…
This campground was for full timers. My kids Loved the arcade. We are from the Midwest and we HATE sand. This campground was on sand, but not right on the beach. 😳😬 Bathrooms were very nice!! And I did 4 loads of laundry and that was great too - and cheap for laundry. Close to the beach and…
We decided to stay a weekend at Susquehanna based on the reviews on the Dyrt and it’s closer proximity to home. We arrived and were greeted by super friendly rangers who gave us the lay of the land. We found the rangers to be very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife, plants, and trees in…
Quite, spacious sites, lots of walking trails and a large pond.
Perfect for families! The pool was kinda small for the amount of campsites. Splash pad was nice, I enjoyed that more so than the pool. I stayed at site 66 in my rooftop tent and loved the proximity to the amenties. My only complaint was a horrible smell throughout the campgrounds. It was like a…

Our first trip in RV ever. Our dealership has a special deal for new purchasers.
While we needed to be in the area, we selected this campground for its lake access. Come to find out that it’s a shared pay-public beach also. All day, every day, we had folks jumping the fence near our site to sneak into the campground so they wouldn’t have to pay. Sympathetic with the owners.…
Loved the little farm stand outside of the property on the main road. But you’re not allowed to bring yourself own firewood, even if it’s local, which I think is tacky when your charging a small fortune for a tiny bundle.
Some sites are very grassy and others are very sandy. These sites are right…

Our tent site was on a slope, and completely flooded the fire ring when it rained. The fire ring was also missing the grilling grate so we couldn’t cook on it. Most of the showers in the bath houses were broken and you have to pay for them so bring your quarters! All the drink machines were busted…
