Large, clean sites

It should be noted that this campground is no longer a KOA, it is now a Sun Resort and is called Sun Outdoors Cape May.

Our last stay here was 2 years ago.

First the good:  The campsites are a good size.  We chose a pull through.  It came with a concrete patio and stone/gravel pad. …

Good camping close to home

Was a nice campground was close to home. Have nothing bad to say. Heated pools were a nice bonus as well camp sights are tight.

Large campground, close to beaches

This campground is large and spots are close together and crowded during summer beach weekends. The owners are wonderful, the facilities are well maintained. They even have security at night - you can't get in without a parking pass. Close to the beach, state park, the outlets and a great bike…

Windy quiet easy drive from Ocean City, MD

We camped in Site B35 on the Bayside, it was a large site with a little bit of shade.  An easy drive from Ocean City, MD.   The Campground bathrooms were ok, they have a composting toilet and a cold shower, always nice to have a bit of running water.  We did not get a visit from the horses the…

Won’t be back

Our tent site was on a slope, and completely flooded the fire ring. The fire ring was also missing the grilling grate. The showers were broken and you have to pay for them. All the drink machines were busted and the mosquitos were unbearable. I contacted the company and they basically said too bad,…

Beach camping

Great state park with the beach on one side and the bay on the other. All reachable on bikes. Town of Lewes is right there and has cute shops and places to eat. Rehobeth is 5 miles away by bike on the trail, and has a boardwalk and great shopping. Campground also has Fort Myers tours and lots of…

Good quiet place to stay close to Assateague

Easily booked a site online for July 5-7 and had a very nice, quiet stay in the park. We chose this park as an alternative to staying on Assateague since it's only about 40 minutes away, and we prefer the shaded forest and lack of crowds. There were only a few other campers in our loop. If it was…

Nice campsites, big campground, no privacy

This is a nice campground but it is crowded! The sites have more living space than some we’ve been to but don’t come here for privacy.

Great Campground Very small sites!!!

We took out 1st trip to Tuckahoe over the 4th of July weekend. We really liked the park, but beware, the sites can be small! I watched people with 25+ footers struggle to back into the sites. We booked site 21, blind. The web site does not say site 21 is extremely small. We have a 25' camper, and…

My stay at Seashore State Park

I stay at this campground everytime I come to the beach. It is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. It's just a short walk to the beach if you don't want to drive. I will be back in August and I can't wait.
