Today is July 5, 2026 and the pool is closed again, it’s only been opened for 6 days this year! The hours are 11 to 5 pm and closed from 1:00 to 1:30, 2:30 to 3:00 when it is open! This is only the beginning of the horrible campground! If we didn’t have a Park-Model with a large patio and pavers that are grouted we would leave now and never come back!

They gave us a list of available options, we drove through, and picked a site with the perfect spot to watch the sun set. Amenities are clean, theres a pool table and games in the office area.

Wonderful store stocked with everything you need and then some. They have a grill if you want to order food. Game room and arcade. Clean bathrooms and showers. Storm shelter under the bathrooms and showers. I can't say enough what a wonderful campground this is!!

We were in B25 for 8 nights. We did not spend a lot of time at the campsite and when we were there it was too hot to be outside. However it smelled. After 5 days I contacted the manager. He tried to write it off as “agriculture smells.” I knew it wasn’t and I couldn’t smell it anywhere else. He visited our site and determined it was the newly (city) installed sewer line behind our camper. He did refund one night stay.
We were in the new part of the campground, the site was level and the full hookups were well placed. Plenty of room and a concrete patio & nice picnic table.
There was only one activity (movie) the 8 days we were there. The staff was less than friendly and there was no trash pickup. Grounds were clean and relatively well maintained. The k9 camps needed poo pick up as some pet owners don’t do it.
Didn’t use the pool area. It seemed small but looked in good shape.
