A year round place
Very friendly and very clean. 1 swimming pond 2 fishing ponds volleyball courts and 2 off leash dog areas. Showers are free and they have a huge kid play area along with a seasonal swimming pool and hot tub.

Nice and quiet campground
When we visited mid-week in August for one night, we had the whole campground area to ourselves. The place is basically split in 2 sections - more permanent RVs and some cabins on one side of a dirt road and the campground on the other. The permanent side is pretty filled. There is a bar where you check in, a boat launch and I believe they have water sports equipment to rent but we didn’t use any of that.
On the campground side, there is one portapotty which seemed brand new - and the showers/bathroom facility is near the cabins, a pretty far walk from our site. Some of the first sites aren’t very level, we ended up switching sites to a more level site - sites before 106 don’t seem very level. There are a few paved pads for larger rigs and a lot of sites have electric and water. Clean campground, though I felt a bit expensive for the sites ($50/night).

The RV campsite for out of state guests was listed for $58. However when entering the park we were charged an additional $16.
Potable water is at the front of the campground. Ice is not sold on site.

Money-grab if ever I saw one
Any property that charges $3.00 per pet PER NIGHT should be put out of business. I can understand (maybe) a one-time charge or fines if you're caught not cleaning up after your pet. But a nightly pet fee for each pet?? Never!!

Not a place for camping. We booked 2 nights site red 12. Streets were very narrow getting to site. The site was literally a dirt island. We had to drive over a curb. The site was so small. There were campers everywhere. We ended up leaving right away and booked a different campground

A Complete Joke!
We have been annuals here for now our 12th year and it’s been a horrible experience ever since Thousand Trails bought it 4 years ago! Today is July 5, 2026 and the pool is closed again, it’s only been opened for 6 days this year! The hours are 11 to 5 pm and closed from 1:00 to 1:30, 2:30 to 3:00 when it is open! This is only the beginning of the horrible campground! If we didn’t have a Park-Model with a large patio and pavers that are grouted we would leave now and never come back!

Maybe an off day?
First, the staff was very accommodating, and we appreciated it. We made a last minute booking over the phone and requested a late check-in, and they were wonderful about making it happen for us.
Once we arrived, everything seemed to go wrong. It appears there’s been a recent change in ownership. The campground was marked with a different name and we weren’t sure we were in the right place. Then, the sites and the hookup numbers don’t match, so again we weren’t sure we were in the right place. Once we found our spot, the site next to us had spread into our space, so we had to wait to pull in until they moved their stuff out of the way. Even so, the lots were very tight. The women’s bathroom was unkept - hair and bugs in the sink, and no toilet paper. A half-drunk bottle of Fireball was in the men’s room.
We also woke to a cracked windshield. Not necessarily the campground’s fault, but just added to the experience.
It worked for a one night stop-over, but wouldn’t have chosen it for a lengthy stay.
