Nature's Touch Campground

Nature's Touch Campground sits 2.5 miles from Wisconsin Dells, providing full hookup RV sites with electric, water, and sewer connections. The privately managed campground includes standard amenities like restrooms, showers, and a dump station, plus WiFi access for staying connected.

One camper noted drainage issues that create puddles during rain, suggesting the grounds may not handle wet weather well. The bathhouse receives mixed reviews for cleanliness throughout the day. A game room with retro arcade games and billiards offers indoor entertainment, though machines require quarters. Sites near the bathhouse may provide better access to facilities than those positioned near portable toilets. Campers exploring the area can find campgrounds near Lake Delton for additional options in this popular Wisconsin tourist region.

Solo female camper - felt very safe

This was my first time in Wisconsin and my first time camping alone. This campground was so amazing and the perfect one for my first trip on my own. It’s very family friendly and I met tons of kind people while I was there. There is a convenient store at the entrance that has almost everything you could need. They do movie nights and other events in the main room. They also have a gaming room and a pool. I loved this campground and will definitely be back.

Becca, this made our whole team smile. Thank you for choosing Nature's Touch Campground for your first solo trip AND your first time in Wisconsin. That means a lot to us.

Safety and community are two things we work hard at. The kind of campground where a solo traveler feels comfortable and ends up meeting people is exactly what we want Nature's Touch to be. The camp store, the movie nights, the game room, the pool — they all exist because we want guests to have reasons to come out of their sites and connect.

You picked a great home base too. We are right on Trout Road about 3 miles from downtown Wisconsin Dells, so when you come back you can add Noah's Ark and Mt. Olympus to the trip. Site 95 will be here waiting.

We cannot wait to welcome you back to Wisconsin.

Pool, shop lots of wood

Porta potty near our original site was full and there for closed. So we picked a different site near the bathhouse.

The bathhouse was clean at night but not in the morning. No tokens needs for the shower. Several retro games plus billiards in the game room. Quarter operated.

Someone’s RV was giving off an awful stench. LOTS of puddles when it rained so maybe better drainage?

Beverly, thank you for the honest review and for the four stars despite the hiccup.

You are right that a full porta potty is not acceptable and we are sorry that was your first impression of the site. We have addressed the inspection schedule for the portable units to make sure that does not happen to another guest. The morning bathhouse cleanliness issue is noted too. We hold a high standard there and clearly fell short that morning.

The good news is you found your way to a site near the bathhouse and got to experience the game room, the retro games, the billiards, and the pool. That is the Nature's Touch we want every guest to see. No shower tokens required is one of our favorite small things to offer.

We would love a chance to earn that fifth star on your next Wisconsin Dells camping trip. Come back and hold us to it.
