Overnight stay. Heavily wooded area. Lots of wildlife (deer hanging out in neighboring campsite). Grass was overgrown on site. Firewood we bought wouldn’t burn. Very buggy (swarming at your face). Had to drive to the shower house. There seemed to be a lot to see at this park and I’m sure it is…
Pros: Loved camping on the beach. No problem on the sand. No problem finding a space even on a busy Sunday afternoon. Water was great!
Cons: No trash cans in site. The bugs were immune to EVERY form of insect repellent we threw at them.
That being said. We’d go back.
Lots to do, hiking, biking, wildlife viewing. Great campground.

Very well-maintained and pet-friendly RV park with various amenities such as a pool, fishing pier, and dog park. Sites are very close together with little room to set up outside between RVs. Very little room to park vehicle once RV is in place and limited space to back in. Enjoyed the peaceful…

Our second home. Everyone is friendly and nice, staff and guests. Beautiful campground.
I wanted to make a two day reservation for a business trip. The park has good reviews so I thought I would stay as it is close to my event.
The online system would not work so I called and found they are for long term only.
I am disappointed and did not see long term only on the website when I…
Spent two nights here on a business trip. The resort was clean and quite, had problems with the access gate code but that was it. Nice staff and fellow campers.
Did not use any of the facilities to comment on.

The park manager is top notch. Very helpful and friendly. The spaces are even and the angle gives you opportunity to adjust for a view. Definitely will be reserving a site on our next outing!
Pros...FHU sites with concrete pads, prices are reasonable for the area, gated, fishing right at the park, fabulous & knowledge hosts, beautiful views, & good Verizon signal.
Cons...sites are VERY close, a large rv might have a challenge navigating interior roads & parking when the…
Enjoyed the campground, as we were there in March 2021. They transitioned to KOA the month prior. The park was well-kept and conveniently located across the street from the beach. Was a bit windy when we went, but we still enjoyed the visit. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Checkout is…
I love this park it's a great place to take your family my granddaughter loves to walk the trails, very clean
Fabulous night’s sleep and morning swim and cup of joe! The stars were excellent at night and the sea breeze made for amazing sleeping weather. The morning brought warm sun which allowed for a pleasant frolic in the ocean after waking.
Plenty of space for privacy, very quiet. Sand is very packed…
We stayed here during the week in April, and the weather was perfect. A nice steady breeze kept the mosquitoes away, which we heard can be pretty bad. They have 30 amp FHU sites as well as 50 amp. Also have nice looking cabins for rent. A short walk over a nice boardwalk to the beach. Also half…

I like state parks and this is a good example why. The sites are well spaced, well maintained and relatively inexpensive. About $20. You can reserve online and the web site has photos of the site so you know it works for you.
Site have electric and water and the dump station is at the entrance of…
Just chill. The place is clean, not much around and free. The beach is made up of shells, not sand, so some sort of protective shoes are needed. That aside, there is not much to do here except to relax. And that is just we wanted.
When we stayed in early April there were plenty of other campers…
