Nice level campsites with great views of the lake. No shade on the full hookup side of the campground. Lots of shade in the water/electric side of the campground. Bathrooms were spacious, clean and private. Verizon cell signal was on the weak side.

Overnight stay here on our way to Galveston. Busy campground and we were the only tent in site, however, the loop we were in was spaced out nicely (D loop). This camp was clean. Has disc golf, trails, a pavilion, a basketball net, boat dock, volleyball net, and a swim beach. Apparently they also…
Stayed for a quick stop, 1 night. Manager was super nice and helped us out over the phone. Had a nice pool and big restrooms with showers.
Cute and clean! Great for a few nights or longer. Pool, playground, laundry, and showers. The whole place is clean and neat. Easy to access from the I-30 service road, pull through sites available. We live in a 45' 5th wheel and had no trouble at all. FULL HOOK-UPS! 30 and 50 amp.

Pulling in, we were welcomed by a herd of 23 deer grazing in the common areas. This is one of the prettiest sites we've stayed in. SUP / kayaking, fishing, boating, biking and new friends abundant here. Bathhouse ok, although cool in March. Definitely would love to return. $24 night w/e. $12…

The park was beautiful & clean. Huge trees. The walk to the bathroom was a little far but the bathroom was new. The park rangers patrolled constantly. We were in Armadillo Run loop. It was Beautiful but traffic from the highway was pretty loud. We brought kayaks and drove to a nearby boat…

Stayed at site 47. Great park. Another park that the CCC left its mark on. For a West Texas kid, Caddo feels otherworldly. Fun fishing, many big sites, decent bathrooms.
We loved the cabin, it made winter camping with kids do-able! Loved hiking and exploring! A ton of CCC history and beautiful bald cypress here!
Caddo Lake State Park looked amazing in pictures—shaggy, mossy trees in the bayou ecosystem, spring greenery, shady campgrounds—so my two friends and I booked it. It’s actually a very nice state park. The bathrooms are immaculate and have soap and TP, the campgrounds have water and electricity for…

Beautifully creepy with its Spanish moss covered trees all through the lake. Quiet and great trails for you and the doggies!

Another great Texas State Park. I didn't see as much security as I usually do but the whole area is clean and well kept.
The bathrooms are amazing with fully enclosed toilet/shower/changing station for family bathrooms. As someone traveling with a toddler it is a HUGE relief to lock him inside…

The park is nice but if you tent camp you will hear traffic noise all night long. Each car seemed to take forever to go by and within minutes there was another. It’s worth the visit to go out on the lake. The trees in the water are beautiful and eerie at the same time. There’s a great little…
Nice place but not free like advertised. 10$ to camp still isn’t bad but I decided to move along an find a free location
Best camp ground. Very kid friendly and pet friendly. Most of the spots have some of the best views you have ever seen. Wonderful playground for the kids.
The lake was gorgeous and I had tent spot 210 right by the water. The view of the lake in the morning and at sunset was fantastic. The women’s restroom by site 210 was pretty filthy and only one stall would close properly. No soap dispenser or paper towels either. The tent spots were also VERY…
