TravelerNice well spaced sites with level concrete pads. Lots of trees for shade in most sites. Beautiful views from the sites on the bluff. It has been quiet every time we were there . Playground ,boat ramp , nice clean showers and rest room. the staff has always been helpful. Most sites are water and electric but there may be some with full hookups . If not , there is a dump station . Very family friendly . No swimming area , but at my age that is not a big deal.

Picnic table, fish cleaning table, trash, toilets, playground, fire pit, pedestal grill, water and electric hookups. Pads are back in hard surface. Nice space between sites with medium amount of trees and shade. Sites 1 and 2 are like double sites you have shower access and a dump station one mile north at Beards Bluff Park. Beards Lake is an oxbow lake and is one of the top fishing lakes in the country. Area surrounding the recreation area is open fields, swampy grasslands and heavy hardwood forest.

GuideTexarkana RV Park is a very nice, clean, and friendly RV park. They have a gated entrance for extra security. The park has nice amenities such as pool, playground, laundry, restrooms, dog run, and park-like setting with duck pond. Most sites are pull-thru and plenty long, but narrow. Beware of your slide placement before parking, as site poles may be in the way of a slide fully opening. Each site is gravel with a patio and they have 50 amp FHU. We enjoyed our stay at this campground and would definitely stay again. 👍🏻😊

GuideWe are from TX and came to Arkansas for a wedding. This was my first out of state, state park so keep that in mind. The sites are clean and well cared for. There is exactly ONE pull through site that we were fortunate enough to get. The rest are on a tight road. The highway runs right by the pull through site so the road noise can be loud at times. I recommend staying by the lake if you don’t need a pull through site. There are 2 walking trails and a few playgrounds. No fishing off the pier. The lake is BEAUTIFUL, we saw an alligator (I was quite excited about that). The dump station is a pretty tight squeeze but doable if your site doesn’t have a dump (ours did). ATT cell service SUUUUCKS here. I repeat, it suuuuuucks lol! Picked up 4 TV channels on the 1 rainy day we had. All in all, I would stay here again, just wouldn’t compare it to TX State Parks, because well…. I learned this weekend everything is indeed bigger in Texas.
TravelerCute and clean! Great for a few nights or longer. Pool, playground, laundry, and showers. The whole place is clean and neat. Easy to access from the I-30 service road, pull through sites available. We live in a 45' 5th wheel and had no trouble at all. FULL HOOK-UPS! 30 and 50 amp.

TravelerWe spent our first weekend in our new 38’ toy hauler. Site 19 is nice and peaceful but not on river. Would have preferred a river side site like 18 or 20. 1 is actually the most private. 19 is a handicap spot so lots of concrete to spread out on! Quite and lot of nice hikes and fishing within walking distance
GuideMade reservations for a back in site. Upon check in, nobody was in the office. Called the number on the door and was directed to park in the pull-through immediately at the entrance. Gate is broken and doesn’t close, nobody at the check in, RIGHT off the highway. Didn’t feel safe. Very loud. Playground area was very old and not maintained. “Dog park” was a 6ft x 6ft chain link square. Lots of permanent lots that are kind of gross. There is a new Love’s hookup & Sunrise RV parks nearby— will be using those in the future! Will not be back.
